A polyurethane composition includes first and second components, wherein the first component contains between 30% and 99% by weight of a polyol mixture including 100 parts by weight of at least one hydrophobic polyol, 10 to 75 parts by weight of at least one hydrophilic polyol, 0 to 25 parts by weight of at least one diol having two hydroxyl groups linked via a C2 to C9 carbon chain; and also at least one compound having at least one thiol group; and the second component includes at least one polyisocyanate, wherein one of the two components additionally includes at least one metal catalyst for the reaction of hydroxyl groups and isocyanate groups that is able to form thio complexes and the molar ratio of all the thiol groups in the at least one compound to all metal atoms in the at least one metal catalyst is between 1:1 and 250:1.

Two-component polyurethane composition with a high degree of hydrophobicity and adjustable pot life

Method for the 3D printing of two-component polyurethane compositions

A polyurethane composition consisting of a first component and a second component, wherein the first component contains a polyol having an OH functionality in the range from 1.5 to 4 and an average molecular weight in the range from 250 to 15 000 g/mol, a diol having two hydroxyl groups joined via a C2 to C9 carbon chain, and a compound having at least one thiol group. In addition, one of the two components additionally contains at least one metal catalyst for the reaction of hydroxyl groups and isocyanate groups that is able to form thio complexes, and the molar ratio of all NCO groups in the polyisocyanurates to all OH groups in the polyols is 0.9:1-1.2:1, and the polyurethane composition, directly after mixing of the components at 23° C., is free-flowing, and has a viscosity of <5000 Pa·s at a shear rate of 0.01 s.

Two-component polyurethane casting compound with adjustable pot life

A two-component polyurethane adhesive including a polyol component K1 and a polyisocyanate component K2; wherein the polyol component K1 includes at least one diol A1 having two primary hydroxyl groups and a molecular weight in the range from 60 to 150 g/mol, at least one triol A2 having an average molecular weight in the range from 1,000 to 10,000 g/mol, at least one polyester polyol A3 based on dimer fatty acids and/or dimer fatty alcohols, especially based on dimer fatty acids; and the polyisocyanate component K2 includes at least one polyisocyanate B1 and/or at least one polyurethane polymer B2 having isocyanate groups.

Structural polyurethane adhesive having good adhesion after short-duration heating

Adhesion promoter compositions, containing: a) between 40 and 80 parts by weight of a binder composition, including i) 20-40 wt % of at least one silane-terminated polyurethane polymer STP, which can be obtained from at least one polyol P, aliphatic polyisocyanate I and organosilane OS1, ii) 4-20 wt % of at least one organosilane OS2 and/or organotitanate OT, iii) 0-3 wt % of at least one desiccant, iv) 40-80 wt % of solvent L1; b) between 0-30 parts by weight of industrial carbon black; c) between 0-1 parts by weight of UV marker; d) so much of solvent L2 that sum of a)-d) is 100 parts by weight; OS1 having secondary amino, mercapto or hydroxyl group on organic moiety and the at least one STP having been produced in absence of OS2, and the at least one P having an average OH functionality of at least 2 and equivalent weight of at most 500.

Solvent-based primer having a long open time and improved adhesion

A polyurethane composition including a first and a second component, wherein the first component is a polyol with an OH functionality in the range from 1.5 to 4 and a mean molecular weight in the range from 250 to 15,000 g/mol, a diol with two hydroxyl groups which are linked via a C2 to C0 carbon chain, and a compound that includes at least one thiol group. One of the two components also additionally contains at least one metal catalyst for the reaction of hydroxyl groups and isocyanate groups which can form thio complexes, and the second component contains enough polyisocyanate that at least 5% by weight of isocyanate groups, in relation to the total polyurethane composition, are contained, and the molar ratio of all thiol groups of the mentioned compound to all metal atoms of the metal catalyst is between 1:1 and 250:1.

Two-component polyurethane composition with adjustable pot life

An aqueous adhesion composition comprising: a) at least one dispersed solid epoxy resin (EP); b) at least one amino silane (AS); c) at least one acid (HS); d) at least one amine hardener (AH); and e) water. According to the invention, the adhesion compositions substantially improve, particularly under humid conditions, the adhesion on different substrates. The compositions are storage stable for a longer period of time and have, even after different aging states of the components, essentially no impairment in the action thereof.

Aqueous adhesive composition based on epoxy resin with improved adhesion and storage stability

The present invention relates to a adhesion promoter composition containing at least one aqueous dispersion of a solid epoxy resin; at least one polyamine; and at least one Compound V in free or hydrolytically releasable form which can enter into a condensation reaction with the polyamine. Adhesion promoter compositions according to the invention lead to an improvement in the adhesion under hot, humid conditions.

Water based epoxy resin primer

The invention relates to bonding agent composition containing at least one bonding agent and at least one carrier medium which is liquid at room temperature and has a boiling point higher than 250&#xb0; C. The carrier medium part represents between 40 and 99 wt. % of the total weight of the composition.
