A green compact of a stator-cover unit for a camshaft adjuster unit, at least comprising a first partial green compact, as a stator, made of a first sinter material, in each case with a first end-face side and a second end-face side pointing in an axial direction, and in between a plurality of webs having lateral web flanks, wherein the webs, starting from an outer stator wall running in a circumferential direction, extend inwardly in a radial direction and are spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction, so that the stator wall in each case forms an inner circumferential surface between the webs, and a second partial green compact, as a cover, made of a second sinter material, having an outer circumferential surface running in the circumferential direction and situated on the first end-face side of the stator and at least partially covering a first area extending between the webs and within the stator wall; wherein the outer circumferential surface of the cover adjoins the inner circumferential surface and the web flanks of the stator and forms shared contact surfaces, and the cover and the stator are joined together via these contact surfaces by means of a press fit.

A process for producing a hydrogen storage means. Separate layers comprising a hydrogen-storing material and a heat-conducting material are introduced into a press mold. The separate layers of the hydrogen-storing material and the heat-conducting material are compressed together to generate a sandwich structure. The heat-conducting material, on use of the sandwich structure as hydrogen storage means, assumes the task of conducting heat.

A sealing collar has an outer circumferential surface, an inner circumferential surface, a first peripheral surface, and a first sealing lip, and extends around the circumferential surface of the piston body and covers at least part of the circumferential surface in the axial direction. The first peripheral surface connects the two circumferential surfaces to each other at a first end of the sealing collar. A method of calibrating a component having first and second opposite large surfaces and a peripheral surface which interconnects the large surfaces and which is provided with a recess, includes the steps of placing the component in a calibrating die, thereafter introducing a calibrating slide into the recess, contacting the first large surface by a first die punch and contacting the second large surface by a second die punch for positively positioning the component in the calibrating die by the calibrating slide and the first and second die punches, and then applying a calibrating pressure to the opposite large surfaces of the component by the die punches for deforming the component to effect calibration of the recess to desired dimensions as determined by a thickness of the calibrating slide situated in the recess.
