The dispenser device in accordance with the invention comprises a tubular barrel filled with the product, a nose having a dispenser orifice, possibly closed by a detachable cap, a plunger and a pump assembly for pressurizing the product to be dispensed. This assembly comprises an obturator valve applied against a seat by a stem of the plunger which is biased by a spring. A skirt of the plunger slides in a socket of the barrel in a leakproof manner only over a portion of its stroke. The depression of the plunger actuates the opening of the valve and the pressurization of a quantity of air under the skirt. Air pressure is exerted on the product to cause it to emerge from the orifice.

Device for dispensing at least one viscous product in dosed quantities

A dispenser comprises a container having a movable wall in the form of a plunger and an opposite fixed wall opening into a dispensing nozzle. Dispensing is actuated by a fixed dispenser mechanism having an operating rod with a pusher plate. The pusher plate is biased in the retraction direction by a spring, and a bayonet coupling is provided for holding a base portion of the container in relation to a socket of the dispenser mechanism.

The stoppering device comprises an internally threaded stopper and an externally threaded bottle neck, the bottle neck being provided with a flange situated axially between on the one hand the lower end of the thread of the neck and on the other hand the body of the bottle proper, the bottle neck comprising on this flange at least two radially outwardly projecting catches of which one constitutes an orientation stop and the other a lobe to prevent unscrewing. The stopper comprises at least one catch made of a slightly deformable substance which, after screwing down, becomes accommodated between the two catches of the bottle neck. The orientation stop and the lobe to prevent unscrewing have different shapes, and the orientation stop extends along a direction parallel to the axis of the bottle neck over an axial extent which is greater than that of the flange and the orientation stop projects in relation this flange on the opposite side from the thread.

An assembly for packaging a volatile substance such as nail varnish comprises a bottle, a cap which may be non-cylindrical, and an applicator able to be catch-engaged in the cap. The applicator is provided with a resilient wall portion for yieldably connecting a sealing collar, preferably carrying the applicator, for example a brush, to the cap. Thus manufacturing tolerances of the cap and the bottle may be accommodated by the yielding of the resilient wall portion as the cap is screwed down onto the bottle neck.

A container for drop-by-drop dispensing of a fluid substance comprises a bottle having a detachable stopper mounted movably on the neck of the bottle so that, in a stoppering position, discharge ports of the stopper are closed off by the neck of the bottle and in a remote position the discharge ports are open. A flexible discharge end fitting which may be squeezed to actuate dispensing of the fluid substance is a snap fit on the relatively harder stopper. The discharge end fitting is limited in its travel towards the remote position along the neck so that the two part stopper/discharge fitting unit is captive on the neck.

A presentation cap (10) for an 'aerosol spray' container is formed of two parts, the first (11) being fixed to the container and the other (21) being movable to operate the discharge valve (6) of the container. The movable part is a push button (21) connected by a film hinge (35) to a fixed member which is held within, and forms part of, the fixed cap part (11) and rests on the crimped rim (5) of the valve mounting cup (4) of the container. A tamper-proof cover (16) is provided as part of the fixed part (11) of the cap.

A dispenser cap for an 'aerosol can' container comprises a fixed cap body and a push button within the cap body. The push button is articulated to guides of the cap body, these guides including notches to abut the crimped rim of the valve carrying cap of the aerosol container for which the cap is intended. The articulation is achieved by means of trunnion elements of the push button resiliently engaging in corresponding recesses of the guides of the cap body.

A dispensing cap for pressurized containers such as aerosol bombs includes a cap proper and a push button within the cap intended to operate the dispensing valve of the pressurized container with the cap presenting an upper wall including a pilfer-proofing plate to prevent premature operation of the push button therebelow contained in the cap; the plate is fixed to the cap itself with the aid of a frangible connection to be ruptured before use to provide access to the push button, the pilfer-proofing plate presenting at its extremity near the lateral wall of the cap a return disposed as an extension of the lateral wall of the cap; the pilfer-proofing plate presenting a cut-out determining, on the return, a panel capable of hinging by elastic deformation to move aside at least partially to permit access to one edge of the cut-out to be grasped by a user to remove the plate to gain access to the push button.

One-piece, pushbutton dispensing cap for pressurized containers comprises a pushbutton mounted in a recess in said cap and attached to the remainder of the cap by frangible connecting pins. The pushbutton is located between guide slides which guide it in translational movement axially of the cap after said frangible connecting pins have been broken by depressing the pushbutton relative to the remainder of the cap.

Container for storing two products separately and dispensing a mixture thereof comprises a bottle, a hollow cap for the bottle, and a plug which fits into the hollow cap to separate a chamber therein from the interior of the bottle. The cap comprises two depending skirts between which the neck of the bottle is gripped, and a flexible dome connecting the skirts to a spout. The plug is bowl shaped and has a portion projecting into the dome to a point near the base of the spout. When the spout is swung laterally, deforming the dome, part of its lower end strikes the plug, ejecting it from the cap.
