A pouring device for two individual, mutually connected containers include in each case a sealing bung on each container neck. The sealing bung has a pouring outlet and an incoming air orifice. Pouring elements, which each includes a chamber, are disposed above the sealing bung. A pouring orifice and an incoming air orifice issue into each chamber. A single connection line leads off from the chamber to a corresponding pouring outlet. The pouring elements can be attached to the container necks. A cover is placed over the pouring element and includes a thread bung onto which it is possible to screw a threaded over including a sealing part mounted therein.

A transport and processing apparatus for a two-component material, in particular for bone cement, has a liquid component (1) and a powder component (2) which are separated by a membrane (3) and each occupy a transport chamber (4, 5) in a closeable container (6, 7) which has an expulsion piston (8) at one end and an opening (9) for the expulsion of mixed two-component material at the opposite end. The transport chamber (4) for the liquid component has a ring shape and a central aperture (34) for expelling the mixed two-component material through the aperture (34). The membrane is destroyed by a relative movement between the transport chamber for the liquid component (1) and a solid body (12, 17) enclosed in the container in order to effect a flow of the liquid component (1) into the transport chamber (5) for the powder component (2) and to enable the mixing with a mixing piston (11).

Inhaler

An inhaler for introducing a metered amount of solids, for example pharmaceutically active powders, into a stream of air drawn in by a user comprises a storage chamber into which a metering rod extends. The metering rod is provided with a metering recess which fixes the amount of solids to be mixed with the air stream. The storage chamber and the metering rod are movable relative to each other in such a manner that in a first relative position of the metering rod and the storage chamber the metering recess of the metering rod is located in the storage chamber, where it is filled with solids, and in a second relative position it is located in the air channel, where the solids are mixed with the air stream. The axial relative movement can be brought about by the rotation of two housing parts over sloping surfaces.
