An operating device is provided for manually actuating lifting devices. The device includes at least one switching element arranged in a switch housing, wherein the switching element includes a tappet, which protrudes from the switch housing. The tappet is guided in a sleeve and is covered by a covering element having a threaded ring. The sleeve protrudes outside through an opening in the switch housing, and is held in the switch housing through a threaded joint. The covering element is screwed to the sleeve in a detachable manner through the threaded ring of the covering element. Optionally, a tool is provided for installing the covering element.

Method for wirelessly transmitting control commands for a controller for lifting gear, wherein a wireless operating part has an unmistakeable address and a receiving part of the lifting gear has a selectable identifier, wherein the operating part is unambiguously assigned to a receiving part of lifting gear, said method comprising the following steps for assigning the operating part to the receiving part: (i) an address feature is formed from the address of the operating part and the identifier of the receiving part; (ii) the address feature is emitted in an allocation message; (iii) the emitted allocation message is received in the receiving part and (iv) the operating part is allocated to the receiving part, if the receiving part has not been allocated, by storing the address feature as a valid address feature in the receiving part, and corresponding system.

Method and system for wirelessly transmitting control commands for a controller for lifting gear

The invention relates to a suspended control device () which is suspended by means of a control line () connected to a unit to be controlled (). Said suspended control device is especially a control switch or a suspended push-button switch for controlling hoisting equipment, the control line () comprising electrical lines () for transmitting control signals, and a traction relief element () which is supported at the top, on the unit (), and used to absorb weight and tractive forces. The aim of the invention is to provide a suspended control device () whereby the length of the control line () can be easily changed. To this end, a storage element for receiving and releasing a defined length of the electrical lines () is provided behind the region wherein the traction relief element () is supported, seen in the direction of the unit () from the suspended control device ().

A method for monitoring a chain pulley block and a chain pulley block apparatus with an electric actuator motor () that is connected at the drive side to a transmission () across a sliding clutch (). In order to achieve a safe operation of the chain pulley block, the speed of the transmission () is determined via a sensor (), the determined speed of the transmission () is compared in a control device () to the operating speed of the actuator motor () as determined from rated duty of the actuator motor () and if a deviation is found between the speed of the transmission () and the operating speed, allowing for tolerances and any transmission ratio of the transmission (), the actuator motor () is switched off.

An interface circuit for actuating an electrical consumer, especially a pole-changing rotary-current induction motor, with a first contact element assigned to a signal line carrying an alternating voltage signal to generate at least two different control signals. A circuit arrangement is provided for actuating an electric motor, especially a pole-changing rotary-current induction motor, with a control switch element having an aforementioned interface circuit, which is connected via a signal line to a motor control of the electric motor. In order to achieve a reduction in the number of signal lines required as compared to a parallel transmission, while at the same time preserving the easy fault diagnosis, an encoding diode () is hooked up in series before or after the first contact element () in the signal line () and a further second contact element () is arranged in parallel with the encoding diode (), so that depending on the positions of the first contact element () and the second contact element () three different control signals () can be generated.

Interface circuit for actuating an electrical device and circuit arrangement for actuating an electric motor therewith

The invention refers to a hanging control device connected to a unit to be managed, specifically control switches or hanging control panels in order to control hoisting gear, by means of a control line, whereby the control line contains electrical lines () to transmit control signals and strain relief, which is supported at the top of the unit to absorb weight and traction forces. In order to create a hanging control device for which the length of the control line can be easily changed, we suggest that strain relief be created by means of hose (), which can be folded flat and has the design of a type of textile hose, and that electrical lines () run through the inside of the hose.

The invention concerns a drive arrangement of a lifting gear and/or a traveling gear, with a pole-reversible rotary-current motor with windings for at least two different actuating speeds, with a pole switching element connecting the rotary-current motor to a voltage supply for changing between the actuating speeds of the rotary-current motor. In order to create a drive arrangement of a lifting gear and/or a traveling gear with a rotary-current motor, whose switching behavior is optimized in relation to the actuation of the rotary-current motor, it is proposed that a power switching element () be hooked up in front of the pole switching element (), and it can be separated from the voltage supply via the power switching element () for the pole switching process of the rotary-current motor ().

Drive arrangement, especially for a lifting mechanism and/or a traveling drive

Operating device for manual actuation of hoisting equipment

A control device for overhead conveyors equipped with at least two actuators (), specifically crane and crane trolley drive units, with transmission of control signals and transmission of safety signals from control unit () to actuators () via a signal connection, with a control unit () exhibiting a safety switch unit emitting at least one safety signal, which can be triggered manually in order to shut down at least one actuator (). In order to specify a simple control device ensuring a conveyor's increased operational safety, it is suggested that a signal connection feature serial bi-directional data bus () used for signal transmission between control unit () and actuators (), which are therefore equipped with the pertinent controls (), each operating jointly with a corresponding safety control (), monitoring independently from each other all of the safety signals transmitted via data bus () and emitting at least one shut-down command to at least one of controls (), when at least one predetermined incident has occurred.
