A rail vehicle spring system has a spring strut, arranged between a bogie and carriage body of the rail vehicle, and includes a cylinder and a piston in the cylinder. Piston spaces are defined below and above the piston head. The piston or the cylinder is connectable with the bogie, while the other component is connectable with the carriage body. A spring cushions the body relative to the bogie, and a hydraulic system is connected with at least one of the piston spaces to charge the space with hydraulic medium. The spring surrounds the cylinder and is contracted by the piston when an excess pressure exists in the lower piston space with respect to the upper piston space, and an entraining element is adjoined by the spring. Only when an excess pressure exists in the lower piston space does the piston rod exerts a force on the entraining element.

Servo valve

A brake unit for a vehicle has a brake cylinder, a brake piston guided axially in the brake cylinder and a device for adjusting a clearance. The device has two first stops, which strike against each other when the brake unit is opened, and two second stops, which strike against each other when the brake unit is closed. One of the first stops is formed on a blocking element functionally connected to the brake piston. One of the second stops is formed on the blocking element. A blocking member is in engagement with the blocking element under the force of a pre-stressing spring such that the blocking element is blocked by the blocking member when the first stops strike and can continue to latch in relation to the blocking member under the force of the brake piston when the second stops strike.

A brake unit for a vehicle, in particular a rail vehicle, has a brake cylinder, a brake piston and a device for adjusting a clearance. The latter has two first stops that strike against each other when the brake unit is opened. One of the first stops is formed on a blocking element that is functionally connected to the brake piston. In order to be able to open the brake unit beyond the clearance, a blocking member is in engagement with the blocking element under the force of a pre-stressing spring. The blocking element is blocked by the blocking member when the first stops strike. Actuators displace the blocking member that is in engagement with the blocking element counter to a force of the pre-stressing spring into a position detached from the blocking element.

The invention relates to a flap actuator, in particular to a servo/spoiler actuator, comprising at least one electrohydraulic servo valve and at least one actuator which are hydraulically connected to one another, wherein the actuator comprises at least one actuator housing in and/or at which the at least one channel is arranged by means of which one or more components, preferably likewise arranged in and/or at the actuator housing, are hydraulically connected and wherein no valve block is arranged between the actuator and the servo valve.

Flap actuator

A method for limiting the angle between the longitudinal axes of car bodies of a multi-part rail vehicle connected to each other via a joint, wherein each car body is supported on only one bogie. The angle is actively influenced by an electrically controlled activation member connected to the joint, until the angle assumes a setpoint value. The setpoint value is determined from the pivot angles (relative angles) of the bogies relative to the associated car bodies.
