Systems and methods for direct sample, extremely wideband transceivers are disclosed. An example transceiver includes an antenna, an N bit analog to digital converter a digital signal processor, a digital to analog converter, and an adder. The N bit ADC receives a wideband RF input signal from the antenna, where the input signal includes weak signals and a strong signal, oversamples the input signal and provides a digital sample signal. The digital signal processor generates a digital cancellation signal from the digital sample signal, where the digital cancellation signal is generated using M bits, M greater than N. The DAC provides an analog cancellation signal based on the digital cancellation signal, and the adder provides a residual analog signal from the addition of the input signal and the analog cancellation signal, where the strong signal is at least reduced in the residual analog signal due to the analog cancellation signal.

System and method for direct-sample extremely wide band transceiver

A method for detecting and removing spoofing signals may include receiving, by a navigation or communications device, a radio frequency (RF) signal and performing an anti-spoofing assessment to detect a presence of a spoofing signal associated with the RF signal. The method may additionally include generating a replica of the spoofing signal in response to the spoofing signal being detected and subtracting the replica of the spoofing signal from the RF signal to provide a residual non-spoofed signal. The method may further include decoding the residual non-spoofed signal by the navigation or communications device.

Detecting and removing spoofing signals

A method for detecting and processing signals may include receiving a weak radio frequency (RF) signal by an array of antennas. The method may also include digitally sampling the weak RF signal from each antenna of the array of antennas and storing the digital samples of the weak RF signal from each antenna. The method may additionally include detecting a presence of the weak RF signal. Detecting the presence of the weak RF signal may include determining a correlation between the weak RF signal received by each of the antennas of the array of antennas using the digital samples of the weak RF signal from each antenna.

Detecting and processing weak signals using an array of antennas

A system and methods for onboard sense and avoidance of an object are disclosed. At least one transmitter and at least one transmitter location of the at least one transmitter are selected from a database of transmitters based on a vehicle location of a vehicle, and at least one total signal is received at the vehicle. The at least one total signal comprises a direct signal of at least one broadcast signal from the at least one transmitter, and a reflection signal comprising a reflection of the broadcast signal reflected off an object. An estimated object location of the object is estimated based on the at least one total signal, the at least one transmitter location, and the vehicle location.
