A method of manufacturing a printed circuit board with a plurality of light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The method including providing a printed circuit board having a center portion, a first side portion extending outwardly from the center portion in a first direction, and a second side portion extending outwardly from the center portion in a second direction opposite the first direction; and electrically populating LEDs along the center portion, the first side portion, and the second side portion.

The method including determining a light control value based on the measured current value. The method further including using the light control value, determining a first current value for applying a first current to the first light channel and determining a second current value for applying a second current to the second light channel; and providing the first current to the first light channel and providing the second current to the second light channel.

Dim-to-warm system and method of operating the same

Systems and methods for controlling a light emitting diode (LED) system having a plurality of LED arrays are provided. The lighting system can include a dimmable LED driver circuit configured to provide a driver output suitable for providing a driver current to the LED arrays. A current splitter circuit can be provided between the LED driver circuit and the plurality of LED arrays to control the ratio of current from the driver output provided to each of the plurality of LED arrays. The current splitter circuit can be configured to control the current ratio provided to the plurality of LED arrays independently of the driver output according to a current ratio control curve based at least in part on a variable reference signal provided at the current splitter circuit.

The method including receiving a current input; measuring current of the current input to obtain a measured current value; and determining a light control value based on the measured current value. The method further including using the light control value, determining a first current value for applying a first current to the first light channel and determining a second current value for applying a second current to the second light channel; and providing the first current to the first light channel and providing the second current to the second light channel to obtain different desired correlated color temperatures for the light output at different ones of the light control values.
