A sealing assembly for use in a valve plate assembly includes a sealing ring and a retention spacer. The sealing ring has a radial ring section and an axial ring section, the axial ring section extends axially from the radial section and includes an outer diameter surface and a contact face, the contact face includes a contact surface and an annular slot, and the contact surface is located radially outward relative to the annular slot. The retention spacer is configured to be positioned adjacent the sealing ring.

Butterfly valve plate sealing assemblies

A valve assembly includes a valve body, a valve element, a valve actuator, and a fluid-operated switch. The valve body defines a flow passage. The valve element is disposed at least partially within the flow passage and is moveable between an open position and a closed position. The valve actuator is coupled to the valve element and is responsive to pressurized fluid supplied thereto and vented therefrom to move the valve element between the open position and the closed position, respectively. The fluid-operated switch has a first fluid inlet, a second fluid inlet, a third fluid inlet, an actuator port, and an actuator vent port. The fluid-operated switch is in fluid communication with the valve actuator and is operable to selectively supply pressurized fluid to the actuator via the actuator port, and vent the pressurized fluid from the actuator via the actuator port and the actuator vent port.

Bi-directional overpressure shut-off valve

An on-board oxygen generating system is provided, which includes an air supply duct, a breathing gas duct, and an oxygen generator fluidly coupled between the air supply duct and the breathing gas duct. The oxygen generator is configured to enrich the oxygen content of air flowing from the air supply duct to the breathing gas duct. A drain valve assembly is fluidly coupled to the air supply duct and configured to move between: (i) an open position wherein condensation may drain from the air supply duct, and (ii) a closed position.
