In one embodiment, systems and methods include using an inspection system to remove or seal foreign object debris. An inspection system comprises a borescope; wherein a plurality of optical fibers is disposed within the borescope; a mounting system; an articulation system; and a controller, wherein the controller comprises a display; wherein a proximal end of the borescope is coupled to the mounting system, wherein the mounting system is configured to secure the inspection system to an external surface, wherein the mounting system is coupled to the articulation system, wherein the articulation system is configured to actuate the borescope, wherein the articulation system is communicatively coupled to the controller.

In one embodiment, systems and methods include using an inspection and projection system to measure the thickness of a coating and provide visual guidance for secondary operations. The inspection and projection system comprises a robotic arm operable to rotate about a plurality of axes, wherein an end effector is disposed at a distal end of the robotic arm. The inspection and projection system further comprises a linear rail system, wherein the robotic arm is coupled to the linear rail system, and wherein the robotic arm is operable to translate along the linear rail system. The inspection and projection system further comprises a frame, wherein the linear rail system is disposed on top of the frame, and an information handling system coupled to the frame, wherein the information handling system is operable to actuate the robotic arm and the linear rail system.

An apparatus includes a drive mechanism, a first cylinder comprising a first piston coupled to the drive mechanism, and a second cylinder comprising a second piston. The first cylinder includes a first fluid reservoir and a second fluid reservoir, with the first piston disposed between the first fluid reservoir and the second fluid reservoir. The second cylinder includes a third fluid reservoir and a fourth fluid reservoir, with the second piston disposed between the third fluid reservoir and the fourth fluid reservoir. The apparatus further includes a first fluid line coupling the first fluid reservoir to the fourth fluid reservoir, and a second fluid line coupling the second fluid reservoir to the third fluid reservoir. The first piston comprises a threaded portion disposed in a threaded aperture of the first cylinder.
