A method and system for identifying a source of a copied work that in one embodiment includes obtaining at least some portions of a reference work, collecting at least some portions of the suspect work, matching the suspect work with the reference work, wherein the matching includes temporally aligning one or more frames of the reference work and the suspect work, spatially aligning frames of the reference work and the suspect work, and detecting forensic marks in the suspect work by spatiotemporal matching with the reference work.

A system for controlling a swarm that includes a plurality of autonomous objects may include a processing system and a controller. The processing system may compute the primitives to be applied to each pair of objects in the swarm, and may combine the primitives to generate higher-level primitives. The processing system may generate a graph of the computed primitives, and identify the cliques in the graph. The controller may cause the primitives to be applied between each pair of objects in the swarm, and cause each object to maximize its respective set of primitives so as to induce the desired group behavior. The controller may detect the desired group behavior in the swarm by monitoring the primitives computed by the processing system and the cliques identified by the processing system.

Swarm control systems and methods

A method is provided for accurately determining the registration for a moving vehicle over a number of frames so that the vehicle can be super-resolved. Instead of causing artifacts in a super-resolved image, the moving vehicle can be specifically registered and super-resolved individually. This method is very accurate, as it uses a mathematical model that captures motion with a minimal number of parameters and uses all available image information to solve for those parameters. Methods are provided that implement the vehicle registration algorithm and super-resolve moving vehicles using the resulting vehicle registration. One advantage of this system is that better images of moving vehicles can be created without requiring costly new aerial surveillance equipment.

A system recognizes events. The system includes a sequence of continuous vectors and a sequence of binarized vectors. The sequence of continuous vectors represents spatial-dynamic relationships of objects in a predetermined recognition area. The sequence of binarized vectors is derived from the sequence of continuous vectors by utilizing thresholds for determining binary values for each spatial-dynamic relationship. The sequence of binarized vectors indicates whether an event has occurred.
