A chair riser assembly supports a chair in an elevated position relative to a primary support surface for providing the chair user with a slightly raised seat elevation for aiding the chair user in rising from the riser-supported chair. The chair riser assembly includes a series of corner post assemblies each of which have a lower post end for engaging the primary support surface. Two width adjustment assemblies adjustably interconnect paired, laterally spaced the post assemblies for enabling the user to adjust the lateral width of the riser assembly for accommodating variously sized chairs. Laterally opposed chair support assemblies interconnect forward portions of the chair riser assembly to rearward portions of the chair riser assembly. Each chair support assembly includes a chair support portion in superior adjacency to the lower post ends for supporting lower portions of the chair in superior adjacency to the primary support surface.

Chair riser assembly

A coupon insertion apparatus configured for sequentially inserting coupons into receiving containers, including a machine frame, at least one pair of opposed rollers mounted to the frame and adjustable between a closed position and an open position. A drive system includes a drive belt for simultaneously driving the opposed rollers in both of the positions. A tensioner is connected to the belt and is movable generally transversely to a direction of the adjustment of the drive rollers to maintain a designated tension on the drive belt.

Belt tensioner for coupon insertion apparatus

A coupon insertion apparatus configured for sequentially inserting coupons into receiving containers, including a machine frame, at least one pair of opposed rollers mounted to the frame and adjustable between a closed position and an open position. A moving carriage system including a main carriage housing having one roller of each of the at least one pair of rollers that are automatically slidably adjustable between open and closed positions. A control system is constructed and arranged for automating the movement of the main carriage relative to the machine frame.

Apparatus for automatic belt pressure adjustment for coupon separation

A three-dimensional insert for use in a handling system comprising a sheet of cardstock or the like defined by ends and first and second sides, a laminate applied to the top surface of the cardstock, and an overwrap material bonded to the laminate proximate to the first and second sides. This structure enables a three-dimensional object to be placed within the overwrap material without risk of movement to the peripheral sides.

Three dimensional insert construction

Apparatus uses a burster method to bow a continuous web of inserts and thereafter separates the forwardmost insert from the continuous web. A pair of feed rollers advances the forwardmost insert along a predetermined path toward a pair of burst rollers. Upon receipt of the forwardmost insert, the burst rollers first operate at a decreased relative speed with respect to the advancing speed of the web, thereby bowing the continuous web of inserts. The burst rollers then operate at an increased relative speed with respect to the feed rollers, thereby separating the forwardmost insert.
