An electrically dual motor powered window cover assembly operational on a single shaft supporting an extendable and retractable window covering, control motor, a slave motor, two cord spools, two cords, a stop assembly and a power cable wired with reverse polarity between the control and slave motors. An offset gearbox may be included to offset the reverse rotation of the slave motor to allow the control and slave motors to be wired with the same polarity. A pair of lifting gear boxes may be mounted to the shaft proximal opposite ends of the shaft to assist in the lifting of a heavier window covering. The assembly may include a wireless remote control transmitter for operating the two DC motors and electrical and mechanical circuitry adapted to store positional information.

Electrically dual powered window covering assembly

One or more thermostatically responsive valves are positioned to regulate the diversion of suction gas flow over the motor to cool the motor. The valves are responsive to motor temperature and only open when motor cooling is required.

Thermostatic compressor suction inlet duct valve

Improved axial compliance in a scroll compressor 10 between a fixed scroll 11 and an orbiting scroll 13 is achieved by providing at least one dynamic back pressure chamber 25 disposed behind the orbiting scroll 13. A pressurized fluid is bled from a selected one of compression pockets 19 through a port 21 formed in the orbiting scroll 13 into the dynamic back chamber 25 to provide varying on sub-cycle basis back pressure to reduce friction between the fixed and orbiting scrolls. A static back pressure chamber 27, also disposed behind the orbiting scroll 13, may be provided into which pressurized fluid is bled from a selected one of the compression pockets 19 to provide an additional back pressure on the scroll 13 which is substantially constant over the cycle.

Scroll compressor with improved axial compliance

A game including a game box, the bottom of which forms the playing field which is of checkerboard configuration having five rows and five columns of checkerboard squares. Two similar sets of playing pieces are provided with each set being distinguishingly identified from the other. Each set includes five playing pieces; two cubes, two tetrahedrons and one sphere with a flattened bottom to permit it to be positioned on the playing field. Storage sections are provided in the box adjacent to one opposing pair of ends of the box. The storage sections include a top wall having geometrically configured openings which correspond to the shapes of the playing pieces so that each opening can receive its respective playing piece. The game combines features of both chess and checkers.
