An improved version of the game Pai Gow Poker allows a player to bet against the house and/or to bet against the other players. In addition to the conventional betting spot for placing a bet against the banker, an additional betting spot is located in front of each of the players which allows the player to bet against the house. This can be done whether or not the house is the banker. Thus, even if a fellow player has been designated as the banker, each other player can still choose to play against only the house. Each player can, of course, play against his or her fellow player/banker but is not required to do so. Each player can play against the house, against his or her fellow player/banker, against neither or against both.

Method of playing an improved version of the game of Pai Gow Poker

A portable espresso maker comprising a housing and a water chamber within the housing and having an o-ring mounted on the top edge. There is a heating element adjacent the bottom of the water chamber. There is a bottom tray for holding the housing and a cup positioned on the bottom tray adjacent the housing. A filter assembly is positioned within the water chamber and comprises a filter tube connected to a reservoir. A mesh screen extends over the bottom of the reservoir. A cover is positioned over the housing and the water chamber. The cover has an o-ring that engages the o-ring mounted to the water chamber to create an air-tight seal between the water chamber and the cover. The cover has a concave recess and a screen extending over the concave recess. There are a plurality of ridges positioned within the recess and extending to the screen. An exit spout extends from the recess out of the cover and toward the cup. A prepackaged coffee packet is placed on the screen of the filter element and the cover is mounted to the housing so that the ridges press against the screen of the cover element to compress the coffee. Water in the water chamber is heated by the heating element and travels up through the filter tube and the coffee packet between the screens and exits out the exit spout into the cup to make a single cup of brewed espresso.

An improved lobster trap composed of a one-piece molded plastic hollow trap body defining a main interior chamber, a door to close and open and gain access for removing lobsters trapped in the chamber, and a lobster trap opening provided with a guide path for entering lobsters and which guide path terminates in the central zone of the trap in spaced relation from the walls, top and bottom, so that a lobster following the guide path would fall into the chamber, attracted by bait. The body and the door are of openwork construction, said body having a plurality of openings in spaced relation from one another throughout the surface thereof.

A generally cylindrical member and a vertically extending H-member with mounting brackets for fixed mounting relative to a support member such as a piling in a boat docking area are provided, the H-member is fixed as by bolts in a vertical relation to the side of a piling which would normally contact a boat, docked adjacent thereto. The cylindrical member includes a normally deformed T-slot vertically along a vertical inner side thereof for frictional sliding engagement over the outer T-portion of the H-member. One or more of the cylindrical members may be supported in an end to end relation to extend to any desired depth in the water and distance above the water surface on a single elongated H-member to accommodate the depth of the water as well as the extremes of tidal flow and wave action in any particular locale.
