A retractable boat extension. The retractable boat extension is a platform that is attachable to a boat, such as a pontoon boat, that provides additional space to transport items or lounge upon. The platform includes a sliding mechanism having an actuator for sliding relative to the boat, pedestal mounts for attaching a plurality of interchangeable accessories thereto, such as grills, fishing chairs and food preparation tables, an outboard motor mount configured to receive a variety of outboard motors including, but not limited to, trolling motors, and a mounting bracket configured to receive a forward ramp for handicapped access to the pontoon boat.

Retractable boat extension

A system and method for tracking and communicating time and attendance data for workers at a remote worksite is disclosed. A portable time and attendance device is configured to receive and store worker time attendance data and transmit the data to a remote computer via a wireless network, such as a wireless cellular communications network. In order to conserve battery power, a main unit of the device periodically queries an electronic time and attendance clock of the device according to a pre-established schedule to determine if new worker time and attendance data has been received. If so, according to the pre-established schedule, the new worker time and attendance data is transmitted to the remote computer via the wireless network. Otherwise, certain functions and components of the device remain in a low battery usage sleep mode.

Wireless time attendance system and method

A method for tracking time attendance for either a single dedicated user, and typically owner, of a single multi-function electronic hand-held device without the need of entering password information, or selectively interchangeable to multiple non-dedicated users which must enter passwords to access their time tracking screens is provided. The time tracking software on the hand-held device can be placed into solo mode for a single dedicated user, which can be selectively deactivated so as to enable multiple non-dedicated users to enter their passwords to log in and clock-in or clock-out. The solo mode may be selectively reactivated so as to automatically log in the dedicated user and display his or her time tracking screen. An authorized administrator's password may be necessary to activate or deactivate solo mode.

Method for tracking time attendance of either a dedicated user or multiple non-dedicated users, interchangeably, using a single multi-function electronic hand-held device

A method for reconciling asynchronous time attendance records in a time attendance system is provided. The reconciliation method of the present invention can reconcile and synchronize time attendance records from a single time attendance recorder device, or multiple time attendance recorder devices which are independent from one another and not electronically connected to a central processor or each other. Each time attendance event includes a time attendance recorder identifying code, a user identifying code, and is processed according to whether it is determined to be a start activity or a stop activity. A series of completed time records is created for each user as all of the time attendance events from all of the recorder devices are processed.

Automated method for reconciling asynchronous time attendance records

Electronic time attendance clock

A time attendance system, including a time attendance clock, designed to be used in harsh conditions, such as outdoor job sites. A portable touch button, including a passively readable code, is brought into contact with the time attendance clock so as to create a time attendance record stored in the clock. Visual indicators and audible notification alert the employee of the acceptance of the act. Periodically, the time attendance records are retrieved from the time attendance clock, such as by using a hand-held electronic device which communicates in a wireless manner with the time attendance clock.
