The invention relates to a transfer device for transferring products in an industrial processing line for the in-line processing of products, between a collecting surface and a transit zone running alongside the collecting surface, said transit zone comprising at least two longitudinal conveyors spaced away from a slider bed and each intended to transport a file of products, said device comprising said collecting surface, said transit zone, and a transfer tool transferring between the collecting surface and the transit zone, equipped with at least three longitudinal vertical walls, and intended to push, transversely, longitudinal rows of products which rows are each positioned between two walls. This device is wherein at least one wall of the transfer tool is mounted with the ability to move translationally on said tool in a transverse direction, for a movement of pushing said products. Other subjects of the invention are corresponding methods.

Transfer of products between a transit zone and a collecting surface

The invention relates to a method for transferring products to or from a collecting surface within a line for the continuous processing of said products, wherein a first transit zone is fed longitudinally with products by an entry conveyor; a second transit zone supplies products longitudinally to an exit conveyor; at least one column of products is transferred, by being pushed transversely, via a transfer tool provided with members disposed on either side of each column; wherein, at the moment of transfer, each column is gripped by said members being moved toward one another, a first member being fixed, while a second member is mounted in a movable manner. The invention also relates to a transfer device for implementing such a method.

Transfer of products in a gripped manner to or from an accumulation surface

Disclosed is a device for transferring objects from an accumulation surface to a downstream conveyor, including a first mobile strip, a second mobile strip arranged beyond the first mobile strip from the accumulation surface, a fixed surface arranged between the two mobile strips, and a element for transferring objects from the accumulation surface to the first and second mobile strips, and to the fixed surface. Also disclosed is a transfer method using such transfer device.

Transfer of objects

Disclosed is a conveying device including an upstream conveying unit for receiving products from at least one upstream station, an accumulation surface along which the upstream conveying unit circulates, a loading unit for moving the products from the upstream conveying unit to the accumulation surface, a downstream conveying unit for clearing the products, and an unloading unit for moving the products from the accumulation surface to the downstream conveying unit. The downstream conveying unit includes a plurality of independent moving unit receiving the products in receiving zones which are successively distributed from the edge of the accumulation surface opposite the edge along which the upstream conveying unit extends. Also disclosed is a corresponding method.

Conveying device having several outputs

A device () for conveying products, has a first conveying portion (), referred to as a quick portion (), and a second conveying portion (), referred to as a slow portion (), in which the products then circulate in a linear fashion in a longitudinal conveying direction (), normally slower than in the quick portion (). The products circulate from the quick portion () towards the slow portion (), in which they are then organized into a flow that is wider than in the quick portion (), the quick portion () and the slow portion () being placed next to one another. Upstream from the slow portion (), the quick portion () has an upstream guide () which is directed angularly towards the slow portion (). A method for implementing the device is also described.

Deconsolidation-type conveyor device and corresponding method

A method and device for feeding at least one receiving surface between two consecutive stations in a production line for handling products on an assembly line, the device having a pick-up zone from where the products are transferred to the surface, and including an input conveyor to receive and maintain a compact flow of products received from an upstream station, a receiving conveyor, extending along a conveying direction in the pick-up zone to receive and then stop the flow of products there delivered by the input conveyor, an a transfer unit, to move, transversely to the conveying direction, toward the receiving surface, the products stopped in the pick-up zone. The device further includes at least one buffer conveying element, able to receive the compact flow of products from the input conveyor when the products are stopped on the receiving conveyor for their transfer, and maintain the compactness of the flow.
