A system for regulating the temperature of multiple areas within a facility using multiple energy savings devices (ESD) that each regulate the temperature of individual rooms or areas within a facility having a central heating and cooling plant. The device includes a fan and thermostats to control the temperature in each room. A first thermostat is located within the energy savings device to activate a fan only when a baseboard-heating element, cooling element or conduit provides a pre-selected sufficient temperature level range to activate a fan. Another thermostat is located remotely in each room and communicates to each ESD to deactivate the fan when the temperature in any room exceeds or is less than the desired temperature level. The desired temperature level may be higher or lower than a main thermostat setting that controls the central heating and cooling plant, in accordance with a heating or cooling mode, respectively.

Heating and cooling energy saving device

An energy savings device (ESD) for regulating the temperature of individual rooms or areas within a facility having a central heating and cooling plant. An improved denture cleansing composition is prepared comprising a pre-granulation of anhydrous perborate using polytetrafluorethylene as a compacting aid, in combination with a monopersulfate. The composition can be tableted on a high speed tableting press and packaged using conventional foil packaging equipment without tablet fracture or chipping.

A gel denture cleaner composition is disclosed. The composition comprises a water-soluble detergent; a chelating agent; a gelling agent; optionally, a non-toxic glycol; and water. The composition has particular application on the removal of tartar and calculus as well as stains and plaque adhering thereto.

Gel denture cleanser composition and method of application

A sprayable liquid denture cleanser composition comprising an aqueous solution of a detergent selected from the group consisting of sulfonated, sulfated and sulfoacetate fatty alcohols, and a chelating agent of the amino carboxylate or organo phosphonate type. A cleansing composition is disclosed with household and personal care applications and comprises a monopersulfate oxidizing agent and a halide bleaching promoter, to which is added an effervescence promoting compound comprising a perborate salt. The resulting composition is operable and capable of effervescing at an alkaline pH, at which it is also a more effective cleanser. In a further embodiment, the above cleansing composition may include a colorant and a fade control agent comprising a compound providing a soluble halide ion for applications where it is desirable that the color provided by the colorant will fade within a given period of time. Small quantities of the fade control compound are effective, and do not disturb the desired initial color intensity of the solution provided by the colorant.
