An electronic device includes: a body; a circuit board disposed in the body; and an antenna device mounted to one region of the body, and having first and second antenna units spaced apart from each other by a specific interval, in order to transceive a radio signal at a specific frequency band, wherein each of the first and second antenna units includes: a dielectric substance disposed to form a gap with the circuit board; an antenna chip disposed at the circuit board; and a pair of feeding portions for connecting the antenna chip with the dielectric substance.

An antenna unit and a mobile terminal having the same are provided. the mobile terminal includes a terminal body having a circuit board for processing wireless signals, a first radiator disposed to overlap the circuit board with being spaced apart from the circuit board, a second radiator disposed adjacent to the first radiator, a first feeding connector configured to allow a feeding connection between the first radiator and the circuit board, and a first ground connector configured to allow a ground connection between the circuit board and the second radiator. With this configuration, the antenna unit can satisfy a multiband characteristic even within a space, in which the antenna unit may be interrupted by the circuit board or a display panel inside the terminal body.

A mobile terminal includes a body having a user input unit for receiving a control command; an antenna unit mounted on the body to transmit and receive a radio signal; and a circuit board connected to the antenna unit to process the radio signal, wherein the antenna unit includes: a base film made of a light-transmissive material; a first conductive oxide film formed on one surface of the base film; a metal conductive part laminated on the first conductive oxide film and forming an antenna pattern corresponding to the radio signal; and a second conductive oxide film configured to cover the metal conductive part.

A mobile communication terminal including a wireless communication unit configured to communicate with at least one other terminal; a body including a metal frame having a specified length and a width; a power feeding portion formed on an internal circuit board in the terminal and configured to supply RF signals; and an antenna portion disposed inside the terminal. Further, the antenna portion includes a shorting arm overlapping and being separated from the metal frame, and electrically connected to the metal frame at a first location offset from a middle of an edge of the metal frame; and a feeding arm disposed in parallel to the shorting arm, and electrically connected to the power feeding portion at a second location offset from the middle.

Mobile communication terminal

An antenna assembly includes a patch coupled to a first board, a conductive pattern coupled to a second board, a first connector electrically coupled to the patch, and a second connector to couple the conductive pattern to a circuit of the first board. The patch has a first section adjacent a first surface and a second section adjacent an opposing second surface of the second board, and the first connector electrically couples the first section to the second section of the patch. The assembly may include a plurality of antennas, and portable terminal may use the assembly to communicate in different frequency bands.
