A display device is disclosed that includes a base substrate in which a first pixel area, a second pixel area, a third pixel area, and a light blocking area are defined. First, second, and third emission elements are disposed on the base substrate in the first, second, and third pixel areas, respectively. A color conversion layer includes a first color conversion pattern, a second color conversion pattern, and a light transmission pattern disposed on the first, second, and third emission elements, respectively. A color filter layer includes first, second, and third color filters disposed on the first color conversion pattern, the second color conversion pattern, and the light transmission pattern, respectively. The second pixel area is spaced apart from the first pixel area by a first interval. The third pixel area is spaced from the first pixel area by a second interval smaller than the first interval. The third pixel area is spaced from the second pixel area by a third interval larger than the second interval. The light blocking area surrounds each of the first, second, and third pixel areas.

A display apparatus having an opening ratio that provides a high resolution and improved luminous quality and including: a substrate; a first driving thin-film transistor (TFT) and a first storage capacitor, the first storage capacitor for emitting light of a first color and on the substrate; a data wiring unit including a first data line, a second data line, and a third data line, at a first side of the first storage capacitor, extending along a first direction and spaced apart from one another along a second direction, intersecting the first direction, by a predetermined distance; a driving voltage line at a second side of the first storage capacitor and extending along the first direction; and a first pixel electrode electrically connected to the first driving TFT.

A first pixel among the plurality of pixels includes a display element including a pixel electrode, an opposite electrode, and an intermediate layer between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode, the second power line being connected to the opposite electrode, and a driving thin film transistor between the substrate and the display element and including a driving semiconductor layer, a driving gate electrode, a driving source electrode, and a driving drain electrode, the first interlayer insulating layer covering the driving gate electrode, and the first power line being connected to the driving source electrode.

A display device that includes a substrate having a display area configured for displaying an image and a peripheral area positioned outside of the display area. A first thin film transistor is disposed on the display area. A display element is electrically connected to the first thin film transistor. The display element includes a pixel electrode, an intermediate layer, and an opposite electrode. An embedded driving circuit portion is disposed on the peripheral area. The embedded driving circuit portion includes a second thin film transistor. A common voltage supply line is disposed on the peripheral area. The common voltage supply line is positioned closer to the display area than the embedded driving circuit portion. The common voltage supply line is electrically connected to the opposite electrode.

An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a display layer including a first non-light-emitting area in which a pixel-defining layer surrounding a light-emitting area is arranged, and a second non-light-emitting area further including a spacer on the pixel-defining layer; a light shield layer including a first black matrix and a second matrix covering the first non-light-emitting area and the second non-light-emitting area, respectively, and having different dielectric constants; and a touchscreen electrode including a touch electrode on a position corresponding to the first black matrix and the second matrix.

Organic light-emitting display apparatus and method of manufacturing the same

A display device includes a display element that includes a pixel electrode and a common electrode, a driving thin-film transistor, a first thin-film transistor connected to a gate electrode of the driving thin-film transistor and a first initialization voltage, a second thin-film transistor connected to the pixel electrode of the display element and a second initialization voltage line, and a common voltage line connected to the first initialization voltage line and the second initialization voltage line, wherein a voltage equal to a voltage transmitted to the common electrode is transmitted to the common voltage line.

A display apparatus includes a substrate including a display area including a first display device, a second display device, and a third display device. The display apparatus includes a first protection layer disposed on the first, second, and third display devices, a first color conversion layer disposed on the first protection layer corresponding to the first display device and including first quantum dots converting incident light into first light, a second color conversion layer disposed on the first protection layer corresponding to the second display device and including second quantum dots converting incident light into second light, and a third color conversion layer disposed on the first protection layer corresponding to the third display device and including light scattering particles converting incident light into third light.

Display apparatus having color converting layers and method of manufacturing the same

A display device include a light-emitting panel having first to third light-emitting diodes and a color panel on the light-emitting panel. The color panel includes first to third color areas that transmit light of different colors and a light-blocking area. The light-emitting panel includes two first power lines spaced apart from each other, connecting electrodes electrically connected to the two first power lines, and an insulating layer on the connecting electrodes, the insulating layer having openings each of which exposing a respective one of the connecting electrodes. The display device includes a color panel disposed on the light-emitting panel and including a first color area, a second color area, a third color area, and a light-shielding area. A display apparatus includes a substrate with a first area and a second area outside the first area, a plurality of pixels located in the first area, a power supply line located in the second area and having a through-hole penetrating the power supply line, a first insulating layer covering the power supply line and filling the through-hole thereof, a test pad located on the first insulating layer and electrically insulated from the power supply line, wherein the test pad overlaps a region defined by the through-hole, a second insulating layer covering the test pad, and a bridge located on the second insulating layer and electrically insulated from the test pad, and electrically connected to the power supply line via a first contact hole in the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer. The test pad is disposed beneath the bridge.
