A liner for a gas turbine engine is provided that includes an outer wall, an inner wall, and a plurality of structural elements disposed between the inner wall and the outer wall. The outer wall is spaced apart from the inner wall and is disposed radially outside of the inner wall. The outer wall and inner wall form an annular structure having a circumference, and an annular region disposed between the first interior surface of the outer wall and the second interior surface of the inner wall. Each of the structural elements is attached to the outer wall and the inner wall. The outer wall includes at least one inspection port extending through the outer wall configured for access to the annular region disposed between the first interior surface of the outer wall and the second interior surface of the inner wall.

The main body further includes an arcuate combustion gas side, an opposing back side and a cooling chamber defined in the back side. A cooling plenum and an exhaust passage are defined within the main body where the exhaust passage provides for fluid communication out of the cooling plenum. An insert opening extends within the main body through the back side towards the cooling plenum. A cooling flow insert is disposed within the insert opening. The cooling flow insert comprises a plurality of cooling flow passages that provide for fluid communication between the cooling chamber and the cooling plenum.

A turbomachine diaphragm includes a sealing section having a first end portion that extends to a second end portion through an intermediate portion. At least one rail member includes a first end section that extends from the first end portion of the sealing section to a second end section through an intermediate section having an inner surface section and an outer surface section. The second end section includes a machined surface having a repair coupon mounting element. A repair coupon is mounted at the repair coupon mounting element and operatively connected to the at least one rail member. A method of repairing a turbomachine diaphragm is also disclosed herein.
