Related to is a gate on array. A circuit for testing a gate line of an array substrate includes: a test pad and a first switch unit which connects the test pad and the gate line and has an end connected to a control terminal. A voltage is applied to the control terminal to control activation and deactivation of the first switch unit. The gate line is in normal operation when the first switch unit is deactivated, and the test pad tests a signal of the gate line when the first switch unit is activated. In normal display, the first switch unit is deactivated, and the gate line is in normal operation. This can avoid influences of an additional load, which would otherwise cause abnormal display of a picture. In a manufacturing procedure, explosive wound caused by electrostatic discharge of the test pad can be prevented. When a display device cannot be lit, an external voltage can be introduced to activate the first switch unit, so as to detect a signal of the gate line.

Circuit and method for testing gate lines of array substrate

The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a color filter substrate, in which a layer of photoresist layer of a negative photoresist resin material is first formed on the color filter film layer; then, back side exposure is conducted on the photoresist layer from the underside of the backing plate so that a part of the photoresist layer that is adjacent to the backing plate gets cured for subsequently forming a planarization layer; afterwards, a mask is used to conduct front side exposure on the photoresist layer from the backing plate to form post spacers; and finally, the photoresist layer that has been subjected to exposure twice is subjected to development to remove a portion of the photoresist layer that has not been cured so as to form, simultaneously, a planarization layer and post spacers located on the planarization layer. This, when compared to an existing manufacturing method of a color filter substrate, can greatly simplify operation flow and thus greatly reduce investment on manufacturing line facility and lower down manufacturing costs of products and potential risks of unexpected problems occurring in the manufacturing process and shortening product manufacturing cycle.

Manufacturing method of color filter substrate

A display panel and a liquid crystal display are disclosed. The display panel includes an upper polarizer, a lower polarizer, a first substrate and a second substrate disposed oppositely between the upper polarizer and the lower substrate, a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, a quantum dot layer disposed at a side of the second substrate which is far away from the liquid crystal layer, and a protection layer for protecting the quantum dot layer, disposed between the quantum dot layer and the lower polarizer. The quantum dot layer is disposed at a side of the second substrate far away from the liquid crystal layer, and the protection layer is disposed between the quantum dot layer and the lower polarizer. The protection layer is used for preventing the quantum dot layer from being oxidized. The color gamut of LCD can be increased.

Display panel and liquid crystal display

The present invention provides a TFT array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The TFT array substrate has a source electrode () and a drain electrode (), which each include, stacked from bottom to top, a first molybdenum layer (), a first aluminum layer (), a second aluminum layer (), and a second molybdenum layer (). The first aluminum layer () and the second aluminum layer () each have a surface including a plurality of spikes () formed and distributed thereon. The spikes () of the second aluminum layer () have a height greater than a height of the spikes () of the first aluminum layer () such that the source electrode () and the drain electrode () each have an upper surface exhibiting a rough surface having irregularity comprising raised and recessed portion. Compared to a flat smooth surface that is involved in the prior art, the rough surface having irregularity comprising raised and recessed portions helps expand contact area between the drain electrode () and the pixel electrode () so as to reduce contact impedance between a TFT and the pixel electrode and improve performance of a liquid crystal display panel.
