A plugging device, including a first part, and a second part connected to the first part. The first part or the second part includes a plurality of braiding filaments and a gathering member; portions of the braiding filaments that are close to one ends of the braiding filaments cooperate to form a disc face. The plugging device further includes a film member. The film member at least covers part of an outer surface of the disc face; the gathering member includes an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve, both of which are hollow and sleeved; and one end of each braiding filament and at least part of a gathering region of the film member are all fixed to the gathering member.

Plugging device

A filter, including a main body part. The main body part includes a heart-proximal end, a plurality of connecting segments, and a first filter mesh connecting between the heart-proximal end and the plurality of connecting segments. An end of the connecting segments that is connected to the first filter mesh is bent towards a central longitudinal axis of the filter to form a bending part. A vertical distance between a proximal end of the bending part and the central longitudinal axis of the filter is less than a vertical distance between a distal end of the bending part and the central longitudinal axis of the filter.

Filter

A left atrial appendage (LAA) occluder and an occluding system are provided. The LAA occluder includes a sealing portion and an ablation portion arranged in the sealing portion, as well as a hollow proximal connector at a proximal end of the sealing portion. The ablation portion is connected to the proximal connector. The ablation portion is used to freeze an LAA after being injected with cryogen so as to form an annular isolation band on an inner wall of the LAA for blocking the conduction of electrical signals between the LAA and a left atrium.

Left atrial appendage occluder and occlusion system

A left atrial appendage (LAA) occluder includes a sealing portion and a fixing portion connected to the sealing portion, and one or more sealed seed sources encapsulated with radioactive particles. The sealed seed sources are arranged on the sealing portion and/or the fixing portion () and configured for forming an annular isolation band on an inner wall of an LAA after the radioactive particles are released. The annular isolation band is configured for blocking the electrical signal conduction between the LAA and a left atrium. In the LAA occluder, the annular isolation band is formed on the inner wall of the LAA by the release of the radioactive particles in the sealed seed sources arranged on the sealing portion and/or the fixing portion.

Left atrial appendage occluder

An occlusion device includes a sealing disc, and a fixing frame connected to the sealing disc and located on one side of the sealing disc. The fixing frame includes a connecting portion connected to the sealing disc and at least one supporting body. The at least one supporting body radiates from the connecting portion and extends towards a proximal end to form a plurality of supporting sections. The supporting section is provided with at least one first restraint portion. The fixing frame is provided with at least one second restraint portion. The occlusion device further includes at least one restraint member. The restraint member is connected to the first and second restraint portion so a portion of the restraint member between the first and second restraint portion generates a restraint force that restrains movement of at least the supporting section.

Occlusion device

A left atrial appendage occluder () comprises a sealing part (), a fixing part () disposed at one side of the sealing part (), and a connection part () for connecting the sealing part () and the fixing part (). The radial deformation capacity of the sealing part () is greater than the radial deformation capacity of the fixing part (), and/or, the axial deformation capacity of the sealing part () is greater than the axial deformation capacity of the fixing part (). In the left atrial appendage occluder (), the radial or axial deformation capacity of the sealing part () is configured to be greater than the radial or axial deformation capacity of the fixing part (), thereby avoiding the situation in which the sealing part () is not optimally fitted with the opening of the left atrial appendage () when the fixing part () is placed inside of the left atrial appendage (), which in turn enhances the occlusion effect. Additionally, the sealing part () has great deformation capacity which reduces the risks of the sealing part () causing abrasion to the opening of the left atrial appendage, or even damaging the opening of the left atrial appendage. The fixing part () not only avoids the risks, but also fixes the occluder in the left atrial appendage () more effectively, and prevents the occluder () from being disengaged from the left atrial appendage.

The present invention relates to a left atrial appendage occluder having a sealing disc and a fixing bracket which is connected to the sealing disc and located at one side of the sealing disc; the fixing bracket comprising a connecting portion connected to the sealing disc, and a plurality of supports. After radiating out distally from the connecting portion, the plurality of supports are bent to extend proximally to form a plurality of spaced suspended supporting segments. The left atrial appendage occluder further includes a thin film, with all the supports being connected through the thin film.

A conveyor for an implant having at least one cavity, including a conveying handle, a conveying cable, and a core wire. The conveying cable is a tubular body, a proximal end of the core wire is connected to the conveying handle, and a distal end of the core wire penetrates a distal end of the conveying cable from a proximal end of the conveying cable; a first control is provided on the conveying handle, and when the implant is connected to the distal end of the conveying cable, the first control controls the distal end of the core wire to extend into the implant to straighten the curved implant, or the first control controls the core wire to withdraw from the implant to restore the implant to a preset shape. The conveyor can load and release the implant on the conveyor, and be used in the entire implanting process.

Conveyor for implant having at least one cavity

A left atrial appendage occluder comprises an elastic closure disc, and a supporting structure connecting with the closure disc and being located on one side of the closure disc, with the supporting structure comprising a central end connecting with the closure disc and a plurality of interconnected and bent struts, wherein at least one anchoring thorn is set near the end of at least one strut with the anchoring thorn toward the closure disc. The left atrial appendage occluder has a stable structure, a good positioning and sealing effect on the cavity wall in the left atrial appendage, and it is easy to position repeatedly; it can also be recycled before separating from a conveyor. When in surgical operation, the left atrial appendage occluder can select the position area based on the actual shape and size of the patient's left atrial appendage, so the surgical risk is lowered.

A lung volume-reducing elastic implant () and a lung volume-reducing instrument; the lung volume-reducing elastic implant () is tubular and comprises a proximal implant end (), an elastic deformation part () and a distal implant end (); the elastic deformation part () is located between the proximal implant end () and the distal implant end (), and the elastic deformation part () has a shape memory characteristic; the lung volume-reducing elastic implant () is opened at the proximal implant end (); the elastic deformation part () is provided with a plurality of grooves () at intervals along the longitudinal direction thereof; each groove () communicates with the tube cavity of the elastic deformation part (); the lung volume-reducing instrument comprises the lung volume-reducing elastic implant () and a delivery device () matching same; the delivery device () comprises a guidewire () and a hollow push piece (); the lung volume-reducing elastic implant () is detachably connected to the distal end of the hollow push piece () via the proximal implant end (); and the guidewire () passes through the tube cavity of the lung volume-reducing elastic implant () and the tube cavity of the hollow push piece (). The lung volume-reducing instrument is more convenient for an operation and takes shorter time, and avoids damage to the inner wall of the bronchia, reducing the occurrence of pneumothorax.

Lung volume-reducing elastic implant and instrument

A lung volume reduction elastic implant () and a lung volume reduction instrument are provided. The lung volume reduction elastic implant () has an elastic deformation part (), and a flexible guide () connected to the distal end of the elastic deformation part (). The flexible guide () is provided with a first flexible part (). The first flexible part () has an insert part () and a distal part (). The insert part () is connected to the distal end of the elastic deformation part (). The distal end of the distal part () of the first flexible part () is the distal end of the lung volume reduction elastic implant (). The first flexible part () is internally provided with a radiograph component (). The lung volume reduction elastic implant () and the lung volume reduction instrument use the implant () to provide a sufficient bending force while maintaining better flexibility, reducing the risk of bronchus contusion when the implant () is bent after the implant () is implanted into a bronchial tube, and enhancing the safety of lung volume reduction surgery.

A left atrial appendage occluder, including a closure disc, a bracket located on one side of the closure disc, and a connecting member connecting the closure disc and the bracket; the bracket includes a first fixing connection member, a second fixing connection member, and a number of support rods; the first ends of the plurality of support rods are collapsed and secured by the first fixing connection member; the second ends of the plurality of support rods are collapsed and secured by the second fixing connection member; a connecting member is connected to the first fixing connection member. The bracket is arranged such that the two ends constituted by at least two support rods have a closed structure, thus increasing the area of contact between the outer surface of the bracket and the left atrial appendage.

An implant () comprises an elastic deformation portion () and a connection portion () connected with the proximal end () of the elastic deformation portion (), wherein the elastic deformation portion () is covered by an elastic outer layer (); the proximal end of the connection portion () is surrounded by a tightening ring (); and the proximal end of the elastic outer layer () is covered by the tightening ring (). Since the proximal end of the elastic outer layer () of the implant () is surrounded by a tightening ring (), the elastic outer layer () is closely attached on the connecting portion () of the implant (), such that the elastic outer layer () can be prevented from being rolled over from the surface of the implant () when the implant () is implanted, thereby improving safety of lung volume reduction surgery.

Implant

A filter () includes a proximal end (), a distal end () and a main filter body connected between the proximal end () and the distal end (). The main filter body has a first filter unit () and a second filter unit (), both being conical mesh structures, as well as multiple intermediate connection posts () connecting the first filter unit and the second filter unit. The intermediate connection posts () have provided thereon support posts (). A support post () includes a transition segment () extending from an intermediate connection post () to a blood vessel wall, and a support segment bent and extending from the transition segment (), and at least partially abutting the blood vessel wall. The support segment has a main body () bent and extending from the end of the transition segment () and a flexible segment () bent and extending from the main body (). A diameter of at least a portion of the flexible section () along a length thereof is smaller than a diameter of the main body (), thereby increasing flexibility of the support section and preventing the support section from puncturing the blood vessel wall.

A method for implanting an interventional medical device, including the following steps: delivering the distal end of the puncture needle into the right atrium via the inferior vena cava; locating the puncture site on atrial septum under X-ray fluoroscopy in a first perspective angle and a second perspective angle, and puncturing the atrial septum by the puncture needle through the puncture site; delivering the medical device to the left atrial appendage or left atrium for release under X-ray fluoroscopy in a first perspective angle. The implanting method of the disclosure does not require the use of a TEE device during implementation and provides benefits of a simple operation, short operation time, and easy implementation conditions, while also be easy to promote and popularize.
