A quality of service (QoS) control method and a device, where the method includes: a session management function (SMF) entity obtaining service data flow (SDF)-level QoS control information; the SMF entity sending the SDF-level QoS control information to a terminal; and the terminal performing QoS control on an uplink data packet based on the SDF-level QoS control information, or the terminal deleting the SDF-level QoS control information. The terminal can perform the QoS control on the uplink data packet based on the SDF-level QoS control information.

The registration request cancellation information is useable to indicate that the PDU session fails to support migration to the EPS, and the PDU session has been registered with the subscriber information management apparatus.

Session migration method and apparatus

When an EBI needs to be assigned to an EPS bearer to which a QoS flow is mapped in an EPS, whether user plane security enforcement information of a PDU session matches user plane encryption protection information of the EPS is determined, that is, whether a user plane capability of the EPS can meet a user plane security requirement of the PDU session is determined. The EBI is assigned to the EPS bearer only when the requirement is met. Otherwise, the EBI is not assigned to the EPS bearer or the EBI is released if the EBI has been assigned. In this way, when UE moves from a 5GS to the EPS, the EPS bearer is prevented from using an EBI that does not meet the user plane security requirement for data transmission.

The present disclosure relates to data transmission methods and apparatus. One example method includes receiving, by user equipment, a first message sent by a control plane network element or a user plane network element, where the first message includes a correspondence between a first quality of service identifier NQI and a first reflective quality of service identifier (RQI), obtaining, by the user equipment, a second message sent by the user plane network element, and if the second message does not carry a second RQI, generating, by the user equipment, a first quality of service rule based on the second message and the correspondence between the first NQI and the first RQI, where the second RQI is used to instruct the user equipment to activate a reflective quality of service (RQ) mechanism.

Embodiments of this application relate to a multipath data transmission processing method and a network device. A first network device receives a packet from a first host device, and determines a first connection identifier between the first network device and a second network device based on the packet. The first network device encapsulates the packet based on the first connection identifier. The first network device sends the encapsulated packet to the second network device through one of a plurality of subflows between the first network device and the second network device. According to the embodiments of this application, multipath data transmission is implemented, a data transmission rate is increased, and a host device does not perceive a plurality of paths. The method includes: determining, by a first network device, whether an air interface resource of a default flow of a PDU session is successfully established; and if the air interface resource of the default flow of the PDU session fails to be established, the first network device, based on first information, establishes the PDU session in an inactive state or triggers to release the PDU session, where the first information is used to indicate whether establishment of the PDU session in the inactive state is allowed when the air interface resource of the default flow of the PDU session fails to be established.

The present invention discloses a service processing method and apparatus, and relates to the communications field. The method includes: receiving trigger information sent by an intermediary device; and assisting, based on the trigger information, the intermediary device in negotiating with UE and a network server, to enable the intermediary device to obtain a first key, where the first key is used by the intermediary device to decrypt ciphertexts sent by the UE and the network server, the ciphertext is obtained after the UE or the network server encrypts service information by using a second key, and the first key is corresponding to the second key. The present invention resolves a problem that an intermediary device cannot provide service optimization for user equipment and a network server because the intermediary device cannot decrypt ciphertext, and achieves an effect of expanding a usage scope of service optimization.

A method and an apparatus for deleting a session context are provided, to resolve a technical problem of how to delete an SM context from an SMF after abnormal network disconnection. A Hypertext Transfer Protocol version 2 HTTP/2 adaptation layer is configured between an application layer and a Multipath Transmission Control Protocol MPTCP layer of a protocol stack.
