A central server receives collateral data and applies a set of collateral analysis rules thereto to identify a problem. The applying includes accessing, from a remote data source, supplemental data related to the collateral data, and detecting one or more differences exceeding discrepancy tolerances between the collateral data and the supplemental data. The central server generates a notification including descriptions of the problem and the collateral data, and a navigation link to access more information from a source of problem information related to the collateral data. The central server transmits the notification to a remote computing device based upon a remote computing device destination address. The notification activates a collateral viewer application to cause the notification to display on the remote computing device and to enable connection to the source of problem information via the navigation link to access more information.

Systems and methods for communications regarding loan collateral

In an illustrative embodiment, an automated system links data files associated with loan submissions that have different identification attributes. The system may include computing systems and devices for receiving requests from a number of remote computing systems to identify loan products associated with a data file. The system can generate a matching input matrix comparing identification attributes from a first data file to identification attributes of candidate data files. The system can apply attribute matching rules to the matching input matrix to identify other data files that correspond to the same loan product as the first data file despite the data files having different identification attributes. The system can link data files corresponding to the same loan product within a data repository with a product linking key and output the linking key or other data for the loan product to a receiving computing system.

Systems and methods for detecting and linking data objects across distributed platforms

Systems, methods, and products communicate loan collateral information. A central server receives collateral data that is filtered based on collateral identification information. A problem in the filtered collateral data is identified by applying a set of collateral analysis rules and accessing related supplemental data to detect one or more differences between the filtered collateral data and the supplemental data. A notification is generated that includes descriptions of the problem and the filtered collateral data, and a navigation link to access more information from a source of problem information. The notification is transmitted to a remote computing device based on a destination address, including an internet protocol address. The notification is in a format compatible with the remote computing device. The notification activates a collateral viewer application to display the notification on the remote computing device and to enable connection to the source of problem information via the navigation link.

The present disclosure provides systems, methods, and products for assessing collateral data, including appraisal data, and providing timely notification of any problems or anomalies identified for the collateral. A central server may access collateral data from a remote data source, apply rules to the collateral data to detect problems, and then create a notification describing the problems. The central server may rapidly transmit the notification to remote computing devices that were registered by a lender, so that the lender may act quickly to remediate the problems. A collateral viewer application that interacts with the notifications may also be provided to lenders.
