Privacy controls may be implemented using a configurable system of risk categorization for resources, physical security, sensitivity of discussion topics, prioritization of content, and identification of intended participants, by receiving participant profiles including biometric data from a plurality of participants and meeting criteria including an attendance requirement from an initiator of a meeting, scheduling a meeting based on the participant profiles and meeting criteria, generating biometric data by a biometric sensor located at meeting spaces for any participants that attend the meeting, comparing the generated biometric data to the biometric data of the participant profiles of participants identified by the attendance requirement, determining whether the generated biometric data matches the biometric data of the participant profiles of the participants identified by the attendance requirement, and transmitting a message to a computing device of the initiator indicating an outcome of the determination and ensuring enforcement of privacy controls.

Privacy controls for sensitive discussions

Frustration in online chat communication is prevented in which a text transcript is generated by at least two chat participants, by: (i) identifying in a text transcript a text-based signal listed on a list of text-based signals in a table; (ii) performing a first text analytics analysis on the text transcript to determine whether potential frustration is evidenced by the text transcript, the first text analytics analysis using a context hint provided in the table, the context hint corresponding in the table to the text-based signal; and (iii) responsive to potential frustration being evidenced by the text transcript, taking a responsive action based at least in part upon a potential cause of the potential frustration determined by performing a second text analytics analysis on the text transcript. The context hint is a contextual clue that supports a determination of whether the text-based signal indicates potential frustration as evidenced by the text transcript.

An approach for tracking system changes to support data maintenance within a directory service environment. Log fields are added to a directory service database for applications that interface with a directory service environment based on predetermined fields to be tracked. The log fields are updated to register database schema fields and data associated with the applications to create a history of changes. An application's identity and data access to the directory service environment are monitored and the log fields are updated to create a history of usage. The directory service database history of usage and changes are periodically analyzed to determine applications relationship dependencies and usage information. Associated maintenance actions are identified by detecting conditions in the directory service environment, based on predetermined maintenance criteria and maintenance is performed.

Ensuring data maintenance within a LDAP environment

Monitoring an internet chat in which a text transcript is generated by at least two chat participants, by: (i) performing a simple check on the text transcript for existence of a potential frustration precondition; and (ii) on condition that a frustration precondition is found, performing text analytics type analysis on the text transcript to determine whether potential frustration is evidenced by the text transcript. A proxy server distributes client messages to backend servers based on language. An incoming client message to the proxy server specifies a language to use for queries and other transactions with the backend servers. The proxy server determines a backend server that supports the language and transmits the client message to that backend server. A client message might specify a character set as well for interacting with the backend servers that support languages under a given character set.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, computer program product, and system for generating a secure sandbox environment. A computer identifies components of a production environment that utilizes sensitive information during operation. The components of the production environment can include one or more server computers, one or more storage devices, and one or more applications. The computer receives a security policy that defines what constitutes sensitive information, and in response identifies the sensitive information of the production environment. The computer modifies the sensitive information such that the production environment can utilize the sensitive information without error, and such that the sensitive information cannot be identified from the modified sensitive information. The computer generates the sandbox environment, based at least in part, on the identified components of the production environment and the modified sensitive information.

Uniformly transforming the characteristics of a production environment

A method, system, and computer usable program product for certificate distribution using a secure handshake are provided in the illustrative embodiments. A client sends an indication in a request, the request being a part of a secure data communication with a server. The indication indicates an ability of the client to accept a certificate as a part of a response from the server. The server retrieves a new certificate. The server sends as a result of the indication, a new certificate in the response corresponding to the request. The client receives as a result of the indication, the new certificate in a response that corresponds to the request. The client separates the new certificate from the response and uses the new certificate in the secure data communication with the server. The server uses the new certificate in the secure data communication with the client.

Certificate distribution using secure handshake

The illustrative embodiments provide for automatically and proactively retrieving administrative maintenance tasks or potential issues from a set of directory servers without direct intervention from an administrator. Responsive to an operation request being sent from a requesting application to the set of directory servers and an administrative maintenance control mechanism being active, an administrative maintenance control is automatically sent to the set of directory servers. Responsive to receiving the response to the administrative maintenance control, an end user application within the data processing system is notified that the at least one of the administrative maintenance tasks or the potential issues have been received.
