The invention concerns a flap arrangementfor a turbineof an exhaust-gas turbocharger, in particular for a wastegate valve of the turbine, having a spindlefor rotatable mounting of the flap arrangementin a turbine housing, a lever arm, the lever armbeing coupled to the spindle, and a flap plate, the flap platebeing coupled to the lever arm. The flap platehas a flexible partin a radially outer region of the flap plate, such that by applying a closing force to the flap arrangementwhen the flap plateis in contact with a flap seatin the turbine housing, elastic and/or plastic deformation of the flexible partof the flap platecan be caused to compensate for thermal deformation of the turbine housing, exhaust deposits and/or wear.
