A cleaning pad or cleaning article is disclosed. The cleaning article includes a combination of fibers bonded to a base sheet. Spot-bonding regions and/or a central joining line join fibers to the base sheet. The base sheet further has an attachment portion for retaining the cleaning pad to a cleaning implement handle. In one embodiment, the attachment portion is comprised of elongate slit openings in the base sheet. In other embodiments, the base sheet is folded over and bonded to the base sheet or to itself to form a retaining cavity for an attachment member.

A cleaning pad or cleaning article () is disclosed. The cleaning article includes a combination of fibers () bonded to a base sheet (). A multi-layer surface treating pad is disclosed. It has an upper layer suitable to serve as one part of a hook/loop type fastener system, a bottom layer which comprises an abrasive or polishing material, and a cleaning or other surface treating formulation positioned between the upper and bottom layer in the form of a bump which is positioned mostly in a central region of the pad. The bump of the formulation causes the upper layer to bulge upwardly so as to provide a visual indication as to where one optimally should attach a motorized device thereto.

An interlabial absorbent article configured for disposition primarily within the vestibule of a female wearer includes a generally liquid permeable cover sheet, a generally liquid impermeable back sheet, and an absorbent material disposed between the cover sheet and the back sheet. A time-delayed water soluble adhesive combination joins the cover sheet and back sheet together with the absorbent material sandwiched therebetween. The adhesive combination is configured so as to maintain structural integrity of the article for a time period of at least about two hours after the article is immersed in water by being flushed while ensuring that the article breaks up within about 24-72 hours after flushing.

A patch is presented for use in conjunction with a surface, the patch including a backsheet having an adherent surface, wherein the backsheet is translucent; an outermost surface opposite the adherent surface; an adhesive applied to the adherent surface; a peel layer removably attached to the adhesive; and a malodor-reducing agent. A method for manufacturing a patch is presented, the method including producing a backsheet from a water-dispersible polymer; applying a malodor-reducing agent to the polymer; adding an adhesive to the backsheet; and adhering a peel strip to the adhesive.

A stretchable device is provided including a base layer; a wipe layer attached to the base layer at a seam and defining an interior space between the wipe and base layers, the interior space having an internal surface; and a pouch positioned within the interior space and attached to one of the seam and the internal surface, the pouch having a top layer, a bottom layer attached to the top layer to form a cavity therebetween, an opening in one of the top and bottom layers, and a pull tab coupled to the pouch and to one of the seam and the internal surface.
