The present invention relates to an emulsion concentrate containing water-insoluble oil components (A), hydrophilic non-ionic emulsifiers (B), lipophilic co-emulsifiers (C), polyols (D) and water; which comprises less than 50% by weight of water-insoluble oil component (A), based on the total weight of the concentrate, and comprises components (A), (B) and (C) and (D) in a ratio by weight A:B:C:D=1:(0.25-0.6):(0.25-0.6):(0.45-0.65). The invention further relates to the use of these emulsion concentrates, and also to preparations and paper products, non-woven products or textile products for body care and personal cleansing, which comprise water-insoluble oil components (A), hydrophilic non-ionic emulsifiers (B), lipophilic co-emulsifiers (C), and polyols (D) in a ratio by weight A:B:C:D=1:(0.25-0.6):(0.25-0.6):(0.45-0.65).

Emulsion concentrate

Described are compositions, containing a. compounds selected from (i.) hydrogenated and/or non-hydrogenated, ethoxylated and/or propoxylated triglycerides of ricinoleic acid having degree of ethoxylation and/or propoxylation of &#x2267;20, (ii.) addition products of 2-50 mol ethylene oxide on sorbitan monoesters and/or diesters of saturated or unsaturated fatty acids having 6-22 carbon atoms, and (iii.) addition products of 2-50 mol ethylene oxide and 1-20 mol propylene oxide on alpha olefin epoxides having 8-22 carbon atoms and ring-opened with polyols, b. ethoxylated and/or propoxylated glycerol fatty acid monoester and/or diester having degree of ethoxylation of &#x3c;20, c. polyol selected from glycerol, diglycerol, trigylcerol, tetraglycerol, alkylene glycols and polyalkylene glycols, d. glycerol fatty acid monoester of general formula (I), where Ris saturated or unsaturated, branched or linear group having 9-19 carbon atoms, and e. &#x2266;20 wt % water. Further described is use of said compositions, and substrates treated with the composition.

Concentrates for treating substrates

Emulsion concentrates comprising at least one alkyl and/or alkenyl oligoglycoside having 6 to 22 carbon atoms in the alk(en)yl radical, polyglycerol esters, at least one polyol, at least one glyceride having a melting point greater than or equal to 20&#xb0; C., at least one oil component liquid at 20&#xb0; C. and with a polarity of more than 30-40 mN/m and at least one oil component liquid at 20&#xb0; C. and with a polarity of 5-30 mN/m are described. Methods of making and using such emulsion concentrates are also described. Articles employing the emulsion concentrates are also described.

Free-flowing emulsion concentrates

The present invention relates to a composition which comprises at least a surfactant mixture and an oil component, the surfactant mixture comprising at least an anionic or zwitterionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant and an alkyl phosphate component. The composition according to the invention is extremely well tolerated by the skin, mucosa and eyes, and has excellent foam formation.
