Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer system a computer program product, and a method that comprises, in response to receiving a request for a task to be performed, optimizing configured operational parameters based on prioritized user parameters and environmental details associated with the task; calculating a value of the task based, at least in part, the optimized configured parameters, environmental details associated with the task, and prioritized user parameters; and performing the task based on the optimized, configured parameters and calculated value.

Dynamic assignment of devices based on precision sensors

In an approach for recommending locations to visit at an optimal experience time and optimal spot to take a photo and/or a video of a location, a processor determines a geographic location where a user is located. A processor identifies a plurality of targeted locations within a pre-defined distance of the geographic location of the user. A processor determines an optimal time to visit the plurality of targeted locations. A processor determines an optimal weather condition to experience the plurality of targeted locations. A processor determines an optimal spot to capture at least one of a photo and a video of the plurality of targeted locations. A processor assigns a ranking to the plurality of targeted locations based on a set of factors in a user profile of the user. A processor outputs a recommendation with at least one of the plurality of targeted locations as an alert notification.

Recommending targeted locations and optimal experience time

A computer is used to identify objects related to an event using networked computer system resources. A request is received to assess objects within a vicinity of an event for uses related to the event. A type of event is determined and objects identified within the vicinity. The identified objects are assessed for applicability relating to the event. The identified objects are scored based on applicability of each of the identified objects to the event. The identified objects are ranked based on the score for each of the identified objects, and based on accessibility factors for each of the identified objects, and the accessibility factors include locations of the identified objects, respectively, within the vicinity. A notification is sent to a user's device with the ranking for viewing by a user on a display of the user's device.

Identifying objects using networked computer system resources during an event

Product discovery is enhanced by allowing a user in a connected kitchen to share their food consumption habits with friends and trusted companies. Smart devices installed in the kitchen sense the food being prepared, such as a camera which automatically records an image of a food item, and image recognition is performed to identify the item. A cloud server has contact information for individuals associated with the user such as designated friends or social groups, and also has promotional information for available sales offers regarding food-related products. The server generates a food product recommendation based on the dish being prepared by the user and based on the sales offers, and sends a notification to the friends identifying the user, the dish and a particular sales offer. The system rewards users based on their influence, gleaned from the number of such offers that are accepted by the friends.
