An integrated circuit includes a base current cancellation circuit and a complementary to absolute temperature (CTAT) circuit. The base current cancellation circuit includes a first bipolar junction transistor (BJT) and a current mirror coupled to the first BJT. The current mirror is configured to provide a mirrored current to a base electrode of the first BJT. The CTAT circuit is coupled to receive a voltage signal corresponding to a reference current of the current mirror. The CTAT circuit includes a second BJT coupled to form a base current based on the voltage signal.

Base current cancellation circuit and method therefor

An integrated circuit includes an output driver circuit configured to provide a first voltage at an output terminal. The output driver circuit includes a transistor having a first current electrode coupled at a voltage supply terminal and a second current electrode coupled at the output terminal, and a resistor having a first terminal coupled at the output terminal and a second terminal coupled at a first node. An amplifier circuit is coupled to the output driver circuit and is configured to generate a proportional to absolute temperature (PTAT) current in a first circuit branch of the output driver circuit coupled at the first node. A complementary to absolute temperature (CTAT) circuit is configured to generate a CTAT current in a second circuit branch coupled at the first node.

Reference voltage generator with regulator system

A low voltage differential signaling circuit includes an output driver circuit configured to provide a differential signal pair based on a first signal and a second signal. A peak detect circuit is coupled to receive the differential signal pair and configured to provide a feedback signal based on the differential signal pair and the first and second signals. An amplifier circuit has a first input coupled to the peak detect circuit, a second input coupled to receive a reference voltage, and an output coupled to provide a bias voltage to the output driver circuit.

Low voltage differential signaling circuit

A charge pump includes first through fifth transistors and a capacitor. The first through fourth transistors are connected in cascade and form a control circuit. The second transistor has a gate connected to its drain and hence, acts as a diode. The charge pump receives a clock signal and a supply voltage and generates an output voltage where the level of the output voltage is controlled by varying a size of the second transistor.

Single capacitor, controlled output, inverter based positive/negative charge pump

A flying cap, level shifter has a capacitor with an upper plate connected to (i) a hybrid power supply (VDDH-VDDL) by an n-type transistor and (ii) a relatively high-voltage power supply VDDH by a p-type transistor. Both of the transistors are controlled by a voltage at the level shifter's output node, which is driven to either VDDH or ground. As such, one of the two transistors will always be on, such that the flying capacitor will be continuously recharged to a voltage difference that ensures that the level shifter will operate properly.
