A vehicle includes a vehicle seat having a seat frame. The vehicle includes a lock fixed relative to the vehicle seat. The lock is movable from an unlocked position to a locked position. The vehicle includes a child restraint system anchor having a loop and a webbing extending from the loop to the lock. The webbing is engageable with the lock and releasably lockable relative to the vehicle seat in the locked position and movable relative to the vehicle seat in the unlocked position.

The latch is retracted from the first channel in the unlatched position and elongated across the first channel in the latched position. The panel includes releasable connections designed to releasably engage a vehicle floor.

An assembly includes a seatback and a seat bottom. The seat bottom has a seat bottom frame. The seat bottom frame has a front side spaced from the seatback, a first side extending between the seatback and the front side, and a second side spaced from the first side and extending between the seatback and the front side. An airbag is supported by the front side and inflatable to an inflated position. An external tether extends from the airbag to the seatback.

A pyrotechnic device is supported by the seat and connected to the tether. As the airbag inflates to the inflated position, the pyrotechnic device pulls the tether to position the airbag.
