According to the invention, the inventive sealed contact bushings for plastic components consist of a glass/plastic compound based on a thermoplastic, which contains a low-melting sulphophosphate glass with the following composition: 4 to 10% LiO, 40 to 10% NaO 4 to 8% KO, 1 to 2 % CaO, 35 to 37% ZnO, 0 to 3% LaO, 19 to 22% POand 19 to 22% SO, in addition to a high-performance thermoplastic.

A method for producing a component from a glass/polymer mixture where, a component is formed from a mixture of a thermoplastic with a processing temperature Tand first glass particles with saturated surface bonds and a glass temperature T&#x3c;T, at a temperature T&#x3e;T. By melting the first glass particles, second glass particles are produced with surface bonds which can be saturated. The bonds are saturated by being bonded to the thermoplastic.

Method for producing a component and the use of said component

The invention provides a molded composition having improved noise damping properties, made of a blend of a soft thermoplastic polyether elastomer and a hard polyester resin reinforced with a fibrous or particulate filler, the molded composition having an inhomogeneous structure comprising a surface part which is rich in elastomer and depleted in the polyester resin and the reinforcing filler compared to its inner part, obtained by monocomponent injection molding of a blend of the soft and the hard polyester resin wherein only the polyester resin contains the reinforcing particulate filler. The molded composition has a flex modulus Fm in the range 0.5 to 10 GPa, and maintains a sufficient minimum tan delta damping factor t_ over a temperature range of &#x2212;50&#xb0; C. to 170&#xb0; C.

Three inner insulation layers surround the core with the exception of the free ends of the pole sections adjacent the armature. At least one of the three inner insulation layers forms a coil body having two coil body flanges. A winding is positioned between the two coil body flanges. A fourth insulation layer surrounds the three inner insulation layers and the winding. A fifth and a sixth insulation layer is arranged such that the winding is surrounded by three insulation layers at a section facing toward the armature.
