An electronic torque wrench () comprising a grip body () with a user interface () and a control electronics () for controlling the wrench. From one extremity of the grip body protrudes a mechanical connection element () that terminates at one extremity with a tightening head (). In the connection element are torque sensors () for determining the torque transmitted between the grip body and the head and the connection element () is connected in a removable and replaceable way to the grip body () and comprises memory means () containing data for calibrating the wrench to such connection element () and means for transferring such data to the control electronics.

A test device for screwers, comprises a transducer () having a head () with a seat () for receiving the coupling end () of an adapter or joint simulator ('). The coupling end () is made with a side wall (&#x2032;) polygonally-fashioned in order to be received in the seat (), achieved in a complementary polygonal manner. The head () can be tightened as a clamp in order to releasably lock, in the seat (), the coupling end () of the adapter or joint simulator.

Device with replaceable elements for calibrating screwers

A manual tool for inserting a clip () with elastic coupling in a seat, having a body () from which protrudes a pusher () for the clip and a sensor () for detecting the thrust force of the pusher. An electronic controller () receives a force signal from the sensor () and emits a signal () reporting correct or incorrect insertion depending on the pattern of the force signal detected during the insertion of a clip. A movable gauging element is advanced during the insertion thrust of the clip to detect the correct expansion of the clip at the end of insertion.

Tool for positioning a fixing element

An electronic torque wrench () comprises a hand grip body () equipped with a user interface (), electronics () for controlling the wrench, a grasping area () and power supply batteries. The hand grip body projects out at the front with a mechanical connecting element () which ends at one extreme with a clamping head (), whereas at the rear end it is equipped with a removable battery element () which is connected to the hand grip body through a connector group () for electric and mechanical connection. When the battery element () is removed, a connector () is uncovered at the rear end of the hand grip body () for the connection of the wrench to a matching connector () of an electric cable () for connecting to an external unit () for supplying power to the wrench and controlling it.

A measuring apparatus () comprises a transducer () for measuring preload and torque of a screw. The transducer in turn comprises a first and second sensor element formed by two axially spaced annular zones () of a hollow body () which are provided with respective load-cell sensors (). The two zones are separated by an annular zone () of the hollow body with a wall with a greater thickness and in which internally there is provided a non-rotating coupling seat () with the threaded-hole element () in a part of which the screw is tightened.

Transducer for measuring preload and torque of a screw and apparatus therewith

A device for detecting torque features of an electric screwer comprises a clutch for coupling with the electric screwer and a clutch for applying a resisting torque. The two clutches () are connected to one another by a shaft () on which there are arranged extensometers () for measuring the torque transmitted by the shaft. On the shaft there is splined a disc () that bears on at least one face circular tracks () that are coaxial to the shaft and to which the extensometers are electrically connected. Sliding contacts () rest elastically on said circular tracks in a direction that is substantially parallel to the axis of the shaft to pick up the electric signals from the extensometers. An encoder () is provided to detect shaft rotation.

Device for detecting the torque and the angle of rotation of a rotating shaft

A screwer test bench includes a coupling designed for coupling with the head of a screwer. The coupling is connected to a braking unit through a sensor unit for detection of mechanical magnitudes transmitted between the coupling and the braking unit. The braking unit includes a cap connected to the coupling and a movable member thrust on command in the brake operation direction. The movable member is constrained against rotation around the brake axis by an inextensible wall with a configuration deformable in the braking direction. Advantageously the wall is in the form of a bellows into which is fed pressurized fluid to bring about its elongation and operate the brake.

A screwer test bench including a coupling designed for coupling with the head of a screwer and a controlled braking unit. A sensor unit detects mechanical magnitudes transmitted between the coupling and the braking unit. The braking unit includes a brake with carbon friction surfaces in an oil bath.

A screwer test bench includes a coupling designed for connection with the head of a screwer and connected to a controlled braking unit and a sensor unit for detection of mechanical magnitudes transmitted between the coupling and the braking unit. The braking unit includes a thin cap constrained to said coupling at least in the direction of rotation and arranged between a first pressure surface thrust axially against the cap by an actuator and a second fixed opposition surface.
