An aircraft fuselage frame including a central element adapted to be located within the perimeter of the fuselage, and two lateral extensions projecting outside the perimeter of the fuselage from both sides of the central element that are a portion of a longitudinal structure of a lifting surface. The central element and the two lateral extensions are configured as an integrated piece.

An aircraft lifting surface attached to the rear or frontal end of the aircraft fuselage with a variable sweep angle &#x3b1; in an inboard part and with a constant sweep angle &#x3b1;in an outboard part. The aircraft lifting surface can be for example a horizontal tail plane or a vertical tail plane attached to the rear end fuselage or a canard attached to the frontal end fuselage.

The system includes deflection transmission means () to provide a deflection position of the high-lift device () for each setting angle position of an adjustable HTP (). Preferably, the deflection transmission means () comprise essentially of a mechanical linkage connected between the high-lift device () and the aircraft ().

System for increasing controllability for an aircraft

An aircraft model for testing in a wind tunnel of width W including a fuselage, a truncated wing whose length Lis less than the length L of a full scaled wing and additional components in the rear of the aircraft as, in particular, a horizontal tail plane, that produces the same downwash that arrives to the additional components as in a full scaled model. The shape of the truncated wing may be designed for having a similar lift distribution to the lift distribution of a full scaled wing along at least the maximum length Lin the Y-axis of any component in the rear of the aircraft. The invention also relates to a method for designing the truncated wing.
