An integrated wellhead device for filtering injected and produced gases is provided. The wellhead device comprises a horizontal tank body that is internally provided with an injected gas filtering system and a produced gas filtering system. The injected gas filtering system is internally provided with an oxygen removal chamber. A gas inlet of the injected gas filtering system is connected with an injected high-pressure gas source, and a gas outlet of the injected gas filtering system is connected with a gas injection well casing of Christmas tree. The produced gas filtering system is internally equipped with an oxygen removal chamber, a sulfur removal chamber and a carbon dioxide removal chamber. A gas inlet of the produced gas filtering system is connected with a gas production tubing of the Christmas tree, and a gas outlet of the produced gas filtering system is connected with a produced gas transmission pipe.

The present invention discloses a testing device and evaluation method for sensitivity damage of core permeability tensor, comprising the following steps: first, obtain the cubic experimental rock samples and calculate the formation pressure distribution based on the reservoir geological data; then simulate the true stress and strain state of core in formation through triaxial stress loading, design the acid liquor, alkali liquor, inorganic salt solution, formation water and different displacement rates for displacement experiments, realize the determination of core three-directional permeability tensor under the same experimental conditions through three-directional sequential displacement, process the experimental data through Darcy's law, and calculate the damage degree of core permeability tensor under different sensitivity conditions of triaxial stress state; finally, identify the real-time flow state of fluid through permeability tensor synthesis, and realize the accurate and efficient testing and evaluation on permeability tensor sensitivity of reservoirs.

The present invention discloses a method for evaluating and preventing creep damage to conductivity of hydraulic fracture in gas reservoirs, comprising: (1) selecting a rock sample of target reservoir for creep experiment, and plotting &#x3b5;-t curve of the rock sample during creep; (2) fitting the fractional Kelvin model with the &#x3b5;-t curve of the rock sample during creep; (3) calculating the conductivity and permeability of hydraulic fracture considering creep damage; (4) numerically solving the productivity model, calculating the cumulative gas production of the gas well produced up to time t, and calculating the creep damage rate for cumulative production of the gas well; (5) repeating Steps (3) to (4), calculating the creep damage rate for cumulative production for the cases of hydraulic fracture sanding concentration N of 5 kg/m, 7.5 kg/m, 10 kg/m, 12.5 kg/mand 15 kg/mrespectively, plotting the creep damage chart of cumulative production.

Method for evaluating and preventing creep damage to conductivity of hydraulic fracture in gas reservoirs

The present invention relates to a channel fracturing method with alternative injection of conventional and capsule-type soluble proppants. The method includes the following steps: injecting pad fluid into a wellbore to break a formation and form fractures in the formation; alternately injecting a sand-carrying fluid containing conventional proppant and a sand-carrying fluid containing capsule-type soluble proppant into the wellbore in sequence to support fractures in the formation and continue to fracture the formation; injecting displacement fluid into the wellbore to completely displace the sand-carrying fluids in the wellbore into the fractures. The conventional proppant of less dosage is used. The capsule-type soluble proppant is less difficult to be developed and its solubility is sensitive to the fracture closure, which is conducive to the quick flowback after fracturing. The channel fracturing technology is more mature, reliable, and cost-effective, and the concept of forming high-conductivity channel is more simple and effective.
