Retention apparatus for portions of adjustable wrench

A downhole tool having a flapper valve assembly for controlling the backflow of fluid into a tubing string that includes at least one flapper. The downhole tool also includes a deformable element that maintains the at least one flapper in an open position after the deformable portion is deformed. A downhole tool having a flapper valve assembly for controlling the backflow of fluid into a tubing string that includes at least one flapper. The downhole tool also includes a sleeve slidably disposed within at least a portion of the flapper valve assembly and the downhole tool. The downhole tool includes a deformable and dissolvable seat disposed uphole and adjacent to the sleeve and a dissolvable fluid blocking member to engage with the seat to shift the sleeve from first position to a second position within the downhole tool. Methods of using these downhole tools are provided.

Flapper valve tool

The present disclosure is directed to an apparatus for use with a vibratory tool in a bottom hole assembly to enhance the vibration of the bottom hole assembly. The apparatus includes at least one spring mechanism and a fluid passageway disposed within a housing. The apparatus can be tuned and/or parts of the bottom hole assembly can be manipulated to match the frequency of the vibratory tool and/or the frequency of the vibratory tool can be tuned to match the vibrational frequency of the bottom hole assembly and the apparatus.

Downhole vibration enhanding apparatus and method of using and tuning the same

The disclosure of this application is directed to a downhole tool comprising a central element/member and a sleeve that is rotatably and orbitally disposed around the central element/member. The sleeve rotates and orbits around the central element/member responsive to fluid flowing through the downhole too. The disclosure is also related to a method of advancing the downhole tool in a well by flowing fluid through the tool.

Downhole force generating tool

A downhole bypass tool that includes an inlet for receiving fluid into a housing of the bypass tool is described herein. The bypass tool also includes a flow directing apparatus disposed in the housing for directing fluid to flow into an operational flow path of a vibratory tool. The vibratory tool is at least partially disposed within the hosing of the bypass tool. The flow directing apparatus operates to selectively bypass the operational flow path of the vibratory tool such that the fluid bypasses the operational flow path of the vibratory tool and flows out of an outlet of the bypass tool.

Flapper bypass tool

A downhole tool is disclosed herein that has an inlet for receiving fluid into a housing of the downhole tool. The downhole tool further includes a vibratory apparatus at least partially disposed within the housing of the downhole tool, the vibratory apparatus having an operational flow path disposed therein to operate the vibratory apparatus when fluid flowing through the operational flow path is above a predetermined pressure. Furthermore, the downhole tool has a bypass passageway disposed in the housing for providing an additional flow path for fluid through the downhole tool to prevent fluid from reaching the predetermined pressure in the operational flow path of the vibratory apparatus, the bypass passageway selectively blockable such that fluid in the operational flow path is increased above the predetermined pressure to activate the vibratory apparatus when the bypass passageway is blocked. A method of using the downhole tool is also disclosed.

Downhole vibratory bypass tool

The present invention is related to a downhole tool having a flapper valve assembly for controlling the backflow of fluid into a tubing string. The downhole tool includes a first sleeve slidably disposable within at least a portion of the flapper valve assembly and the downhole tool. The downhole tool can also include a second sleeve slidably disposed within the downhole tool. The present invention is also related to a method of using the downhole tool. The method includes the step of positioning the downhole tool in a wellbore. Once the downhole tool is positioned in the wellbore, the first sleeve is shifted to interact with the flapper valve assembly.
