An aircraft fuselage is configured to receive two tanks designed to contain liquid hydrogen. The fuselage includes a first section for a cockpit, a second section for a passenger cabin and a third section (T) distinct from the first section (T) and from the second section (T). The third section (T) includes two housings each to house a tank. The two housings are arranged symmetrically with respect to a vertical plane of symmetry (P). This arrangement of the tanks in a section distinct from the other sections allows them to be located as close as possible to the motors that they have to supply.

An autonomous propeller propulsion system for an aircraft. The autonomous system comprises a chassis with first attachment systems which engage with second attachment systems of the wing to ensure detachable attachment of the autonomous system, a fuel cell attached to the chassis, an electric motor attached to the chassis and having an output shaft, a propshaft rotated by the output shaft, a propeller attached to the propshaft, a controller converting an electric current delivered by the fuel cells into an electric current delivered to the electric motor, a hydrogen feed duct and an air feed duct, a set of auxiliary equipment, and a first connection arrangement, which connects with a second connection arrangement of the aircraft.

A device for selective emergency evacuation of persons from a first level to a second level situated above the first level, or to a third level situated below the first level. For evacuation to the second level a stair arrangement is provided. One end of the device is connected to the first level while the other end is displaceable between the second level and the third level or vice versa. For evacuation to the third level, the device is changeable to a slide. The device may provide for emergency evacuation of persons from a first level deck, or passenger deck of a blended wing-body aircraft, selectively to the top, second level of the aircraft, or to the bottom third level of the aircraft.

For supporting the take-off rotation, in at least one rear pair of the main landing gear units the distance between the wheels of these rear main landing gear units, which wheels roll on the ground, and the fuselage, may actively be reduced.
