The invention relates to an integrated bracket for an automotive heat exchanger, in particular for a radiator. The integrated bracket comprising a radiator bracket base (), having an inner side at which the heat exchange is located and an opposite outer side. The bracket base () comprises a base plate () and a supporting plate () which are in contact with their surfaces faced to each other and each of the plates () has latching and locking means to engage both plates one to the other. The plate which is selected from said supporting and base plates () and which is located at the outer side of the bracket is provided with at least one ball pin () integrally formed with said plate and protruding from said plate at its outer side for fixing the bracket base () in a car.

Integrated bracket for automotive heat exchanger

Heat exchanger, in particular condenser, comprises two parallel end closing plates () having made a coolant inlet and outlet and at least one inlet and an outlet of the refrigerant. A heat exchange unit is provided between the closing plates () and at least one coolant compartment and at least one refrigerant compartment, separated by an inner plate (). The coolant compartments and, refrigerant compartments are arranged alternately and connected such that they form together with said inlets and outlets separated hydraulic circuits for the coolant and refrigerant and a turbulator panel () is arranged in each of the compartments (). The turbulator panels () of the refrigerant circuit comprise on their surface first disturbing elements () the shape of which is matched to the physical properties of the gaseous refrigerant, and which determine the height of the turbulator panel of the refrigerant circuit, while the turbulator panels () of the coolant circuit comprise on their surface second disturbing elements () the shape of which is matched to the physical properties of the liquid coolant which determine the height of the turbulator panel of the coolant circuit, wherein the shape of the first disturbing elements () is different from the shape of the second disturbing elements (). The shape of the turbulator panels () is matched to the independent optimal managing, slowing down and disturbing of the refrigerant and the coolant, while ensuring a low pressure drop of their flow to achieve a high heat exchange coefficient.

Heat exchanger, in particular a condenser

A receiver for a heat exchanger, especially a condenser of a refrigerant system, is disclosed. The receiver has a hollow body and a closure closing the body. The body defines an internal volume configured to receive a fluid flowing through the heat exchanger, and the closure is adapted to establish a communication of the fluid between said internal volume and a flange of the heat exchanger. The closure is removable from the flange and detachably coupled to the body. A heat exchanger, especially a condenser equipped thereof, is also disclosed.
