A rail fastening arrangement in which a rail for a rail vehicle is fastened to a base, and to a shim. The rail fastening arrangement includes two guide plates, of which one guide plate respectively is associated with one of the longitudinal sides of the rail, and a shim which is arranged between the base and the rail. The shim, at its top, has a contact area on which the rail is supported, and, at its bottom, has a supporting surface by way of which the shim is supported on the base. The contact area and the supporting surface of the shim, viewed in a section located transversely to the longitudinal extension of the rail, enclose an acute angle. The edge at which the shim is thinner is arranged beneath the rail, fastening of rails oriented at a cant relative to the vertical in the region of points.

A combination of a guiding plate for laterally supporting a rail and a wedge element for adjusting the position of the rail relative to a counter-bearing, on which the guiding plate is supported. The guiding plate has an end face which is associated with the wedge element and which extends in the longitudinal direction and a lower side associated with a substrate. Between the guiding plate and the wedge element is a positive-locking guide along which the wedge element can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the end face of the guiding plate. The guide between the wedge element may act as one joining partner and the guiding plate may act as another joining partner wherein, in one of the joining partners, there is formed a slot-like guide orientated along this joining partner and the projection of the other joining partner engages in a positive-locking manner.

A system for fixing a rail onto a foundation and to a guide plate. The system comprises a spring element, with at least one spring arm, which can be clamped against the foundation by means of a clamping element, an adapter piece, with a contact surface section, which sits on an end section of the spring arm, and a guide plate. The guide plate has a contact surface for the rail foot and a sliding surface which adjoins the contact surface via which the adapter piece can be moved from a pre-assembly position in which it sits on the guide plate with its contact surface section to an assembly position in which it is seated, with its contact surface section, on the rail foot of the rail to be fixed. A stop is provided on the sliding surface against which the adapter piece rests in the pre-assembly position.

The invention relates to a system for securing a rail, including a guide plate for providing lateral support for the rail to be secured, a spring element supported on the guide plate and having at least one spring arm exerting an elastic retaining force on the base of the rail, and tensioning means for tensioning the spring element. Such a system allows an optimally secure support of the rail even in the case of a level ground having no indentations or stop shoulders, whilst being easy to handle and having only a small number of components to be mounted in each case, by providing a support angle which may be connected to the solid ground and which has a bearing surface against which the guide plate rests on the side facing away from the rail base. According to the invention the support angles are made from a plastic material, in order to facilitate assembly and improve the function of the support angles in practical use.

The invention relates to a device for mounting rail-road tracks () on a substructure (), comprising two angle guide elements () disposed on both sides of the rail foot () for each mounting point, and one support element () on the side facing away from the rail foot () of each angle guide element (), and a support unit () disposed beneath the angle guide element () and support elements () of the mounting point and comprising two threaded bolts () for tightening rail clamps (), disposed such that they extend through openings in the angle guide plates () in the installed state.

The invention relates to a support for a system for fastening a rail on a substrate, having an angle bracket, which has a base section with a contact surface associated with the respective substrate, also having a supporting section, standing on the base section, which on its free front side associated with the rail to be fastened has a bearing surface, and also having a through hole formed in the base section for inserting a fastening element intended for fixing the angle bracket on the substrate. With such a support reliable support of the rail in service, also with greater tolerance for positioning the individual components, according to the invention is ensured by the fact that the through hole at least in a direction aligned parallel to the contact surface has an over-measure in relation to the circumference of the part, in the assembled condition sitting in the through hole, of the fastening element and by the fact that an additional locking piece, cooperating with the fastening element for fixing the angle bracket in a particular relative position obtained by a relative movement of fastening element and angle bracket, is also provided.

The invention provides a base plate, and a fastener equipped with such a base plate, whose weight is minimized and whose stiffness is optimised on the one hand and which is suitable for being supported on an elastic intermediate layer on the other hand. To this end, a base plate according to the invention for fastening a rail to a fixed bottom support has, the base plate being made of a plastics material and a stiffening structure which is formed by ribs and by depressions present between the ribs being formed or molded in the underside of the base plate, which underside is associated with the fixed bottom support, depressions of the stiffening structure being closed off, in accordance with the invention, by a filling material.
