The present invention relates to and provides methods and promotional hang tags, tags or labels with associated product samples combined with interactive quick response or scan-able codes linked to internet Uniform (or Universal) Resource Locator (URL) for providing contact information, promotional or cross promotional product samples or products and related marketing information regarding product promotional or cross-promotional features, where the hang tag, tag or label carries any scan-able quick response internet URL code or QR code and an integral product sample, such as, but not limited to, a fragrance, a personal care product, a healthcare product, a food or beverage product, an entertainment product, a toy, a gift card, a book, an e-book, software, a website access code, an office supply product, school supply product, a travel size product, a consumer electronics product, a health and wellness product, a health and beauty product, a medical product, an educational product.

The present invention relates to and provides methods and product, product samples, containers, or packaging comprised of interactive quick response or scan-able codes linked to Internet Uniform (or Universal) Resource Locator (URL) for providing contact information, promotional or cross promotional product samples or products, containers, or and packaging, where the product, product sample, container, or packaging, has any type of associated scan-able internet quick response URL code, quick response MS TAG or quick response QR Code that delivers an interactive 'infotainment' brand experience to consumers or retailers when the product or package is scanned with a smart phone, internet tablet, computer, netbook, or other device.

A lamp and picture assembly comprises a frame, a series of frames or surfaces in the lamp base to display pictures or photographs. The lamp illuminates both the room and the pictures or photographs. In one embodiment, the invention comprises a hollow metal leg mounted at one end to a lamp frame support at the upper end of a U-shaped member. Elongated channels are mounted within the interior of the legs to support a glass/photo/backing assembly. An electrical wire is run within the hollow leg to a light bulb mounted on the support. A lamp support is also mounted on the frame. Alternate embodiments include various bases which cooperate with a lamp to provide illumination for the frames and at the same time general lighting for the room. Multiple picture frames may be incorporated in a design and magnets may be employed to hold the frames or pictures in place.

A bicycle helmet is disclosed having a flexible, articulated member depending from the rear of the helmet, providing a closer fit to an individual wearer's head and improving stability of the helmet on the head, particularly for mountain bike riding. The articulated member contacts the wearer's head beneath the occipital region and applies a forward and upward pressure against the head. The general embodiment of the invention includes an elastic strap stretching from one side of the helmet, across the back of the articulated member, to the opposite side of the helmet. Adjusting this strap allows the wearer to adjust the forward and upward pressure exerted by the articulated member on the wearer's head.
