A device, intended to be fixed on a wall, for absorbing electromagnetic waves. The absorption device comprises a metal plate intended to be fixed on the wall, a dielectric panel at a distance from the metal plate and delimiting, with the metal plate, a volume between the metal plate and the dielectric panel, an array of resistive dipoles, all the resistive dipoles being fixed on the same face of the dielectric panel, and each comprising two metal platelets at a distance from one another and a resistor arranged between the opposing edges of two neighboring metal platelets.

Device, intended to be fixed on a wall, for absorbing electromagnetic waves

An electromagnetic wave diffraction device for fixing onto an outer wall face comprising a plurality of electrically conductive resonant elements having an L-shaped profile fixed parallel on the outer face. Each element comprises a first and second wall secured at right angles to one another along a common edge. The first wall is fixed at a right angle to the outer face by a fixing edge parallel to the common edge. The second wall has a free edge parallel to the common edge. The free edges of all elements are parallel and arranged on the same side relative to the common edge of the corresponding element. A weather protection arrangement for reinforcing the protection of a capacitive area generated in a space between the outer face and the second wall, in the form of a water impermeable dielectric material panel, is fixed to the outer face and covers the elements.

Diffraction device intended to be fixed onto the outer face of a wall

A diffractive device for fitting to a fa&#xe7;ade of a building, or to any other reflective wall, exposed to electromagnetic radiation emitted by a source located at a distance from the building, the device including a plurality of tubular resonant elements arranged on the fa&#xe7;ade of the building, where the resonant elements are arranged in a substantially parallel manner on the fa&#xe7;ade of the building in such a way as to form a diffraction grating and are oriented in a substantially perpendicular direction to the plane defined by the propagation vectors of the incident and reflected electromagnetic waves, each resonant element being configured to form an LC resonator capable of re-radiating a wave corresponding to the incident wave affected by a phase shift; the set of resonant elements being arranged in such a way that the incident wave is diffracted in a preferential direction.
