At least one example embodiment relates to a lid for a container including a base defining an opening and a top configured to engage a portion of the base. The base includes a support wall, a first sidewall, and a second sidewall. The first sidewall and the second sidewall extend from respective ends of the support wall such that the support wall, the first sidewall, and the second sidewall define a gap configured to receive at least a portion of the container. The top includes a cover, a hinge coupled between the cover and the base, and a peripheral wall extending from an interior portion of the cover. The cover is moveable between an open position providing access to the opening and a closed position sealing the opening.

The upper edge (E) of the secondary partition panel is defined at least in part by a cutaway (R) extending from a free end edge (E) of the blank.

Blank for forming an article carrier

In an example embodiment, a re-sealable label for covering an opening of a box includes a sheet of polymer material that includes a re-sealable adhesive on an underside thereof. A liner is adhered to the underside of the sheet of polymer material. The liner is configured to cover the opening and includes a foil layer and a paper layer. The sheet of polymer material includes a line of perforations wherein one or more of the perforations of the line of perforations include a rectilinear portion and a non-rectilinear portion.

The article carrier further comprises a partition structure for dividing the interior into two or more article-receiving cells. The partition structure is formed from the first panel and comprises a lateral partition panel. The lateral partition panel is hingedly connected at a proximal end to the first panel by a proximal end fold line and is hingedly connected at a distal end to a glue panel by a distal end joint. The distal end joint between the lateral partition panel and the glue panel comprises a twistable strip extending between and joined with the lateral partition panel and the glue panel.

Article carrier and blank therefor

Aspects of the disclosure relate to a carton () for packaging one or more articles (B) and a blank () for forming the carton. The carton may have at least one display window (W, DW, DW) for presentation of an article therein. The carton comprises a plurality of panels forming walls of a tubular structure including a top wall (), a first side wall, a base wall, and a second side wall. The carton comprises an end closure structure for partially closing an end of the carton (). The end closure structure comprises a top end closure flap () hingedly connected to the top wall. At least one side end closure flap is hinged to a corner panel by a first fold line. The corner panel is hinged to one of the first and second side walls by a second fold line.

Carton and blank therefor

Aspects of the disclosure relate to a carton () for packaging one or more articles(IO) and to a blank () for forming the carton. The carton comprises a plurality of panels () for forming walls of the carton including: a top wall, a bottom wall, a pair of side walls and a pair of end walls. The top wall () comprises a handle structure (H). The handle structure comprises at least one hand aperture (A,A) defined in the top wall. At least one primary fold line () is formed in the top wall and extends from a region of the at least one hand aperture towards at least one of the corners of the top wall. A diagonal severance line () is formed in the top wall inwardly of and spaced from the at least one corner for separating the at least one primary fold line from the at least one corner.

Carton and carton blank

A carton for packaging one or more articles includes a plurality of walls including a top wall, a base wall, a first side wall and a second side wall forming a tubular structure. One of the plurality of walls includes a handle structure defined in it. The handle structure includes a grip member struck from one of the plurality of walls and a handle strap. The grip member is mounted on the handle strap. A first aperture is struck from the one of the plurality of walls. The aperture is disposed adjacent to a first end of the grip member so as to define a first end edge of the grip member. The first aperture defines a portion of an opening in the one of the plurality of walls. In the opening, a portion of the handle strap may be received.

A carton () for packaging one of more articles includes a first panel () and a second panel (). The first panel () is in at least partially overlapping relationship with the second panel () to define an overlapping region. The carton () includes a weakened line of severance () which extends from the first panel across the overlapping region and into the second panel to be contiguous. The first panel includes a recess (R) defined at least in part in the overlapping region and extending at least partially across a portion of the first panel in the overlapping region. The recess (R) is arranged in registry with at least a portion of the weakened line of severance in the second panel.
