Aspects of the present disclosure include a connector that interfaces a beverage dispenser with an external water supply. The connector includes a backflow preventer that only allows water to flow from the external water supply to the beverage dispenser. Some aspects of the connector also include a pressure regulator configured to reduce incoming water pressure to a desired pressure. The connector is configured to be mounted to a suitable surface, such as the rear of the beverage dispenser.

A beverage can with an ingredient chamber for storing functional ingredients separately from a base beverage until the beverage can is opened by a consumer. The ingredient chamber may be disposed on a can end of the beverage can. The ingredient chamber may be broken open to release functional ingredients automatically when the beverage can is opened by the consumer. In some embodiments, the ingredient chamber includes a membrane that forms a sealed cavity. In some embodiments, the ingredient chamber includes a deformed cavity of the can end.

Method and apparatus for upgrading a bed to include moveable components

A fluid delivery line (FDL) for use in transporting a targeted temperature management (TTM) fluid between a TTM module and a thermal contact pad is disclosed. The FDL can include a bi-luminal fluid conduit and a bi-luminal proximal FDL connector. The two lumens of the proximal connector can be concentrically arranged. An authentication tag attached to the FDL can provide authentication data to a TTM module. A TTM system can include a connection adapter added to an existing TTM module where the adapter includes the electro-mechanical valves. An adapter controller operates the valves in accordance with obtained authentication data from the tag. Fluid connection systems can include valves that automatically open and close upon connection and disconnection. Fluid conduits and connectors can include concentrically arranged fluid lumens.

A blow moulding device configured to provide and exhaust compressed air at a plurality of points of use, the device comprising a compressed air source for providing compressed air at the points of use, a compressed air manifold to allow a transporting of the compressed air to the points of use, a plurality of exhaust valves positioned at the points of use for exhausting the compressed air, and a plurality of valves to effect the providing and exhausting of the compressed air at the points of use.
