A system may include a memory and a processor in communication therewith configured to perform operations. The operations may include receiving an audio file and a text file related to the audio file, analyzing the audio file to produce an analysis, and determining a portion of the audio file is similar to a segment of the text file. The operations may include identifying a first terminal signal and corresponding the first terminal signal to a first terminal tag in the text file such that the first terminal tag is aligned with the first terminal signal; the first terminal signal identifies a first portion terminal end of the portion and the first terminal tag identifies a first segment terminal end of the segment. The operations may include generating a converted text from the analysis and inserting the segment into the converted text.

A method for dynamically establishing a communication path for a requestor by assessing an authenticity of the requestor and a communication request is provided. The method may include, in response to receiving the communication request, dynamically determining whether to establish a communication path for the requestor to a destination though a communication network by assessing the requestor based on one or more authentication rules, wherein the one or more authentication rules are based on first information associated the communication network, second information about the requestor, and third information from the requestor. A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for utilizing multi-factor authentication to authenticate an Internet of Things (IoT) device. The identity credentials of neighboring IoT device(s) are obtained by the IoT device to be authenticated. Upon providing a request to the authentication system to prove its identity, the IoT device provides the authentication system a first factor credential, such as a username and password. The authentication system, upon confirming the accuracy of the first factor credential, challenges the IoT device to provide the second factor credential. After receiving the challenge from the authentication system to provide the second factor credential, the IoT device returns the second factor credential that was generated based on the obtained identity credentials from the neighboring IoT device(s). Upon determining that the received second factor credential includes the identity credentials from the minimum number of required neighboring IoT devices, the authentication system approves authentication.

Multi-factor authentication of internet of things devices

An approach is provided for tracking a single process instance flow. A request is received in a first system of a multi-system environment. Log files are pulled from systems with which the request interacts. Log entries are captured for the request. The log files are combined and flattened into a chronological log. A predictive model is built from an order of entries in the chronological log. Correlation keys in the entries of the chronological log are identified. Logs specifying processing of multiple ongoing requests are aggregated. A process instance of interest to a user is received. Instance specific log files are generated by deflattening the aggregated logs and by using a pattern detection algorithm that uses the predictive model and an alternate identifier algorithm that uses the correlation keys. One of the generated instance specific log files specifies a flow of the process instance of interest.

Aspects of the present invention provide an approach that evaluates a locally running image (e.g., such as that for a virtual machine (VM)) and determines if that image could run more efficiently and/or more effectively in an alternate computing environment (e.g., a cloud computing environment). Specifically, embodiments of the present invention evaluate the local (existing/target) image's actual and perceived performance, as well as the anticipated/potential performance if the image were to be migrated to an alternate environment. The anticipated/potential performance can be measured based on another image that is similar to the existing/target image but where that image is running in a different computing environment. Regardless, the system would display a recommendation to the end user if it were determined that the image could perform better in the alternate environment (or vice versa). It is understood that performance is just one illustrative metric for which the system would perform a comparison. Other metrics such as cost, reliability, availability, etc. could also be used.

Determining an optimal computing environment for running an image

A computer implemented navigation method that provides a safest route by considering manual driver risk. The method may include providing at least two sets of directions from a user start location to a final user location based on a user navigation system and user permission for data access; and ranking said at least two sets of directions by a baseline safety value. The method may also include determining in real time travelers that are present on passageways for the at least two sets of directions; and ranking the travelers according to travel risk behavior. Finally, the method may assign an aggregate risk score to each passageway for the at least two sets of directions for each passageway specific grouping of the travels having the ranked travel risk behavior to provide a safety ranked set of the at least two sets directions to the final user location.

Cognitve analysis of vehicle routes for manual or autonomous vehicles

A trusted device responsible for evaluating trustworthiness of unknown devices is provided. Trust evaluation rules usable to determine whether to authorize unknown devices to access a resource are received. A request to access the resource and device evaluation attributes are received from an unknown device. The trustworthiness of the unknown device is evaluated based upon the device evaluation attributes using the trust evaluation rules. In response to determining that the unknown device is trustworthy, a credential for accessing the resource is provided to the unknown device, and the device evaluation attributes of the unknown device and an identification of the unknown device are sent to a registrar for the resource.

Secure provisioning of unknown devices through trusted third-party devices

A method includes providing a medication delivery vehicle comprising a reservoir with a seal formed thereon and a cantilevered beam micro-machined from a layer of material and coupled to the reservoir, the cantilevered beam comprising a tip for puncturing the seal, applying an electric field to the cantilevered beam that impels the tip forward and causes the tip to break through the seal of the reservoir, and changing the electric field to impel the micro-machined tip backward and thereby release a medication from the reservoir.
