A conductive composition is disclosed. The conductive composition comprises a thermochromic material and a conductive material dispersed in a resin. An electrical system is also disclosed which incorporates the conductive composition in combination with a power source.

Conductive color-changing ink

An electrical system, or a trigger circuit for use in connection with an electrical system, is disclosed. The electrical system includes a circuit element responsive to applied current, a power source for providing current to the circuit element, a substrate, and a substantially clear conductive composition arranged on or in associatin with the substrate for providing an electrical current path between the power source and the responsive circuit element.

Electrical system having a clear conductive composition

An electrical system including a multi-layer conductive composition is disclosed. The multi-layer conductive composition includes at least a first composition, which may be a bottom composition layer, and a second composition, which may be a top composition layer, arranged on a substrate. The bottom composition layer has a greater level of conductivity than the top composition layer. In one preferred embodiment, the multi-layer conductive composition may be vertically conductive. In this preferred embodiment, the conductivity of the top composition layer may be selected so that electric current is permitted to flow along the z axis, but not along the x and y axes thereof. The electric current can flow along the x, y and z axes of the bottom composition layer. The top composition layer may mask the bottom composition layer. Further, the top composition may comprise a substantial amount of pigment so that multi-layer conductive composition has a desired color.

Electrical system having a multilayer conductive composition

An illumination device for enhancing the structural and aesthetic appearance of associated articles or substrates and to provide operative coaction with conductive current paths made from conductive paints, inks and the like compositions on such articles and substrates is disclosed. The illumination device comprises an LED having leads, the LED and at least one portion of the leads are encapsulated within a substantially nonconductive relatively transparent or translucent housing. At least a second portion of the leads of the LED extend outside of the housing and are arranged substantially flush along an exterior surface of the housing so that when the housing is connected by suitable connectors to the associated article or substrate, electrical communication with an external power source can be established for operating and actuating the LED.

LED for interfacing and connecting to conductive substrates

Generally improved current related assemblies, attachment and devices have at least one current operated module with means preferably for removably affixing said at least one current operated module in a predetermined position on apparel, objects and things, battery pack means to provide electrical power for operating said at least one current operated module, control means operatively associated with said battery pack means for controlling the operation of said at least one current operated module, and an improved and modified conductive composition including, a metallic mixture having silver and a plastisol to provide high conducting and low surface resistivity, printed, screened, painted, coated on or molded into said apparel, objects and things including, connecting means for removably connecting the deposited conductive composition to the at least one current operated module and to the battery pack means and the control means to establish a current and signal flow path therebetween. The modified conductive composition can be washed without damage thereto. An improved conductive composition as above described for the above assemblies, attachments and devices having a desired color to match designs, decorations and the like on the associated apparel, objects and things.

Light, audio and current related assemblies, attachments and devices

A light illuminating assembly having at least one light emitting element is operatively associated with the decoration on the exterior of wearing apparel and has an improved assembly for securing the light emitting element in predetermined openings which includes, an enclosure for the light emitting element, a shoulder on the inner end of the enclosure forming a stop to limit the extension of the enclosure from the interior to the exterior of the wearing apparel, the enclosure being threaded adjacent the said inner end so that a threaded nut can be detachably connected to the enclosure after it extends to the exterior of the wearing apparel to removably hold the light emitting element in the predetermined position on the exterior of the wearing apparel so as to illuminate and enhance the decoration when the light emitting element of the light illuminating assembly is placed into operation.
