Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems, methods, and products comprises a server, which receive a request from a user's electronic client device. The server understands the intention of the user by determining an attribute associated with the request. The server further determines a sentiment value and routes the request to a call center computing system if the sentiment value satisfies a threshold; otherwise, the server determines to route the request to one of virtual assistant servers. The server selects a virtual assistant server whose subject matter best matches the attribute of the request. The server may also select a virtual assistant server based on other information, such as user's previous selection of virtual assistant servers, a time value, or a confidence value. The selected virtual assistant provides a response corresponding to the request.

Methods and systems for virtual assistant routing

Various embodiments of the present technology generally relate to authentication. More specifically, some embodiments relate to systems and methods for mobile application infrastructure and framework for application authentication. Currently, methods and systems for authentication are not flexible or dynamic and over-authentication has become a solution because it is cheap and easy. In contrast, in accordance with some embodiments of this application, the methods and systems can analyze authentication challenges and non-authentication challenges received from a server over a network in a client side infrastructure. The client side infrastructure can determine a customized, flexible, and dynamic plan for responding to authentication challenges in manner that avoids over-authentication on the client side.

Mobile application authentication infrastructure

A system and method for improving the delivery of information to a remote user by anticipating the information that might be requested, and populating a cache with that information such that it may be more quickly retrieved when the remote user requests it. The cache may be located on one of the institution's servers, or the user's computing device, on an intermediate server such as a server in the cloud, or on a combination of these servers or devices. The embodiments disclosed herein apply when an unexpected event occurs or is predicted such as a hurricane or other weather event; a financial event, or a personal event such as a car accident or a medical emergency.

System and methods for predictive caching based on unexpected events

Methods and systems described in this disclosure receive a request for assistance from a device associated with a user, launch a conversational virtual assistant on the device, determine at least one potential subject of the request based on information associated with the user and a tab or webpage from which the conversational virtual assistant is launched, receive a verification of the subject of the request, create a contact menu with options for receiving the assistance, and receive a selection of one of the options.

Conversational virtual assistant

A system and method that allow an institution's customer's anticipated data to be stored in a cache in advance of a request for that data, using predictive models based upon analyses of each specific customer's historical patterns. For example, when a customer logs on to an institution's server, a machine learning application on that server may predict the type or category of data that the customer may intend to retrieve, based upon his or her previous patterns when logging on. Typical categories of data may include, for example, account balances, status of outstanding loans, credit card data, and insurance information. By populating the cache with such anticipated data, that data may be more quickly accessed by the customer.

System and methods for preemptive caching

A system provides support for a device interrogation framework. The system may include an electronic device and an application server. The electronic device may perform a device interrogation to identify one or more device characteristics, and adaptively disable one or more application functions of a software application according to the device characteristics. For example, the electronic device may send the device characteristics to the application server, and the application server may apply a set of feature support criteria to determine particular application functions to enable or disable on the electronic device. The application server may send a compatibility determination to the electronic device specifying which application functions of the software application to disable.
