A drive carrier includes a first computing device with light source control capacity and a light source proximate to a front plate of the drive carrier. The first computing device receives a signal from a second computing device (external to the drive carrier) and controls the light source proximate to the front plate of the drive carrier based on the signal.

In a method for supplying a resource to an entity from a resource actuator, a plurality of physics-based models pertaining to the resource actuator and the entity are developed, a condition detected at the entity is received, feedback control on a resource demand of the entity employed based upon the detected condition, feed forward control on the resource demand of the entity is employed based upon the detected condition and the plurality of physics-based models, a constraint optimization problem having an objective function and at least one constraint using the plurality of physics-based models is formulated, a solution to the constraint optimization problem is determined, in which the solution provides the actuator setting, and the resource actuator is set to the actuator setting to supply the entity with the resource from the resource actuator.

Methods, devices, and systems for passive impedance matching are provided. An example of a method of passive impedance matching includes provided a substantially equivalent impedance between a source and a load for three single-phase power supplies via a geometry of a busbar. The busbar can be coupled to the three-phase power supplies as the source and coupled to a plurality of electronic machines as the load.

An embodiment of a mounting kit has first and second rails connectable to a frame and first and second spacers respectively connectable to the first and second rails. The first and second spacers are configured to engage an object therebetween when the first and second rails are connected to the frame. The first and second rails each comprise a portion configured to extend under the object when the object is between the first and second spacers. A distance from the first spacer to an end of the first rail and a distance from the second spacer to an end of the second rail are based on a length of the object.

Mounting kit

A system includes two counter-rotating electric fans. A cooling controller is configured to run the fans at first and second operating points responsive to a measured value of a parameter. The first and second operating points correspond to first and second different required volumes per unit time of air flow. Rotational speeds of the fans at the first and second operating points define first and second different rotational speed offsets.
