Application developers can request to have their applications registered for use with a content delivery platform. The operator of the content delivery platform establishes perimeters defining geographic areas, and maintains records reserving particular areas for delivery of content associated with particular sponsors. Registered applications running on mobile devices can request content from the content delivery platform. Based at least in part on the request, the content delivery platform can identify a target location, which may be the location of the mobile device, or some other location indicated in the request, A mobile device can be provided content based on the relationship of the target location to the geographic areas, so that a registered application running on a mobile device with a target location contained within a geographic area assigned to a particular sponsor will receive content related to that sponsor.

Exclusive delivery of content within geographic areas

Systems and methods for identifying and using hybrid/capture probes are provided. cDNA sequences from poly-adenylated mRNA are obtained. Each cDNA sequence in a first subset maps to a gene in a plurality of genes. Each cDNA sequence in a second subset maps to a reference genome portion not represented by the plurality of genes. Each gene has a corresponding plurality of transcripts. The cDNA sequences are exposed to at least 2×10nucleic acid baits between Kand Kresidues long, forming nucleic acid bait—sequence read complexes. Each nucleic acid bait that hybridizes to a cDNA sequence mapping to a gene selectively hybridizes to a first subset or another subset of transcripts corresponding to the gene. Each transcript of each gene is hybridizable to a nucleic acid bait in the at least 2×10nucleic acid baits. The nucleic acid bait—sequence read complexes are captured and analyzed.

A method assigns token requirements to service subscriptions in a service platform, such as a service platform containing entities or a database containing a plurality of said entities. The operator of the service platform establishes customization factors and maintains records reserving data services associated with token requirements for delivery to entities. In addition, customization factors are determined from values representing information associated with objects in a database. Token requirements associated with data services are calculated from one or more formulas utilizing customization factors. Sponsorships associated with the entities can be accepted by the service platform. The service platform can apply credit toward the fulfillment of token requirements. An entity can be provided a data service based on a relationship with a sponsorship such that an entity assigned a subscription having a token requirement fulfilled as a result of applying credit from a sponsorship will receive services related to the subscription.

Application of dynamic tokens

Provided herein are systems and methods for processing biomolecules (e.g., nucleic acid molecules, proteins) from a sample. A method for processing biomolecules may comprise hybridizing a probe molecule to a target region of a nucleic acid molecule (e.g., a ribonucleic acid (RNA) molecule) and barcoding the probe-nucleic acid molecule complex or derivatives thereof. Such a method can comprise performing a nucleic acid reaction, e.g., extension, denaturation, and amplification. A method for processing a sample may comprise hybridizing probes to (i) target regions of a nucleic acid molecule (e.g., RNA molecule) and (ii) a reporter oligonucleotide of a feature binding group, and barcoding the probe-associated molecules. One or more processes of the methods described herein may be performed within a partition, such as a droplet or well.
