A polymer luminaire including a polymer housing having a longitudinal axis. An electrical board is mounted to an inner surface of the housing. The electrical board has an outer surface defining a plane extending at an angle to horizontal when the longitudinal axis of the housing is oriented parallel to horizontal. A light source is mounted to the electrical board and electrically connected to the electrical board for emitting light from the housing.

Thermally conductive polymer luminaire

An enclosure assembly includes a housing defining an interior configured to at least partially house one or more electrical components. The housing includes a housing section including an outer plastic portion and an inner metal portion received in the outer plastic portion. An electrical component disposed within the housing section provides power to at least one other electrical component.

The gasket is sized to circumscribe the conduit and includes a ring body and a first lip, wherein the ring body and the first lip deform and seal a gap between the interior of the mouth wall and the exterior of the metal conduit when the mouth is compressed with the metal conduit received therein.

A cable gland includes a cavity having first and second axial ends and configured to receive one or more conductors and a curable liquid therein, and an internal dam. The internal dam is adjacent the second axial end of the cavity. The internal dam includes an annular filament holder and a plurality of filaments secured to and extending radially inward from the annular filament holder to receive the one or more conductors to inhibit curable liquid from flowing through the dam and between the dam and the one or more conductors of a cable.

A thermally conductive polymer luminaire includes a polymer housing including at least one thermally conductive filler to configure the polymer housing as a thermally conductive polymer housing. The housing includes an inner surface, an outer surface, and a thickness extending between the inner surface and outer surface. The thickness varies along a length of the housing. An electrical component is mounted to the inner surface of the housing opposite a location of the housing having a reduced thickness to facilitate thermal energy release from the housing. A light source is mounted to the housing and electrically connected to the electrical component for emitting light from the housing.

A light fixture can include a housing comprising at least one wall that forms a cavity, wherein the housing complies with applicable standards for a hazardous environment. The light fixture can also include an antenna assembly disposed on an outer surface of the housing. The antenna assembly can provide communication with another device within the hazardous environment without compromising the applicable standards for the hazardous environment.

A conduit fitting for a hazardous environment includes a main body that has a distal portion and a proximate portion. The main body includes a longitudinal bore with openings at each of the distal portion and the proximate portion. The opening is configured to receive ends of a conduit. The fitting includes a first sealing region that includes a crimp feature configured to be crimped and a second sealing region adjacent the first sealing region. The second sealing region is configured to house a sealing component.

The enclosure system can further include a moisture control system in communication with the enclosure, wherein the moisture control system controls at least one condition within the cavity of the enclosure, where the at least one condition affects an amount of moisture within the first cavity. The moisture control system can include a sensor that measures an amount of moisture in desiccant disposed within a desiccant vessel. The moisture control system can include a structural filter and a desiccant vessel, where the structural filter is coupled to an enclosure and disposed within a cavity formed by the enclosure, where the desiccant vessel is removably coupled to the structural filter, and where the desiccant vessel is accessible from outside the enclosure.
