According to examples, an apparatus includes a processor and a memory on which is stored machine readable instructions. The instructions may cause the processor to identify an intended surface property level for a surface of a three-dimensional (3D) object, determine an amount of radiation to be applied as a flash of radiation onto the surface to obtain the intended surface property level, and output the determined amount of radiation to be applied as a flash of radiation, in which a radiation source is to flash apply the determined amount of radiation onto the surface of the 3D object.

According to an example, an apparatus may include an agent delivery device to selectively deliver an agent onto a layer of build material particles. The apparatus may also include an energy source to apply energy onto the layer of build material particles to selectively fuse the build material particles in the layer based upon the locations at which the agent was delivered and a chamber formed of a plurality of walls, in which the agent delivery device and the energy source are housed inside the chamber. The apparatus may further include a vapor source to supply vapor into the chamber to wet the build material particles inside the chamber.

In an example, a method includes receiving object model data describing at least a portion of an object to be generated by additive manufacturing. Object generation instructions for generating the object in its entirety may be derived based on the object model data. Where it is determined that the object model data comprises a data deficiency for deriving the object generation instructions, at least one attribute for the object may be inferred and object generation instructions may be derived based on the object model data and the inferred attribute.

One example includes a three-dimensional (3D) printed object including a first lattice structure and a second lattice structure. The first lattice structure includes a first matrix having a first length, a first width, and a first height. The second lattice structure includes a second matrix having a second length, a second width, and a second height. The second length times two is a factor of the first length, the second width times two is a factor of the first width, and the second height times two is a factor of the first height.

In an example of a three-dimensional (3D) printing method, a polymeric build material is applied. A fusing agent is selectively applied on at least a portion of the polymeric build material. A mechanical tailoring agent is selectively applied on at least a region of the portion. The polymeric build material is exposed to radiation, thereby fusing the at least the portion of the polymeric build material in contact with the fusing agent to form a layer. The mechanical tailoring agent forms a composite layer in the at least the region, and the composite layer has a different mechanical property than that of an area of the layer not in contact with the mechanical tailoring agent.
